interest claim was quite slow for the last couple of months, anyone with the same experience ? Usually less than a month but for Oct, Nov, Dec, almost 1.5 months.

Yes, mine too the same problem since Oct till now, need cal 3 or 4 times and ask thm wht happen, they will say cek is ready but its not in and need wait more thn a month

Was at the construction site today and Block A is progressing very well. Now at the final floor. Club House and Block B is also looking good.

I tried to attach the picture taken today but does not seems to work. Will try again.

Block A now building the top facility level.

Apparently we now have to go to Shah Alam to collect the cheque. Called earlier regarding my Dec cheque and was told so. Can anyone verify this ? SO TROUBLESOME !!!

The sales person told me can collect the cheque at X2 Puchong. Let me call and confirm this thing.

Just talked the the PIC, Cindy. The cheque need to be collected from HQ Sha Alam. This is too troublesome for the buyers.

Let's everyone write a memo to the developer and get them to send the cheque to X2 Sales Unit in Puchong. The Sha Alam office open Monday - Friday.

I don't wish to put AL every months just to go collect this thing.

Subang Jaya City Council proposed building a highway flyover linking two places, Puchong Utama in the east and Taman Maju Jaya in the west.
The highway flyover’s tender is expected to start in next month and construction in April-May this year, and project would take two years for completion.

good idea to write a memo, according to her, the Mgmt decided on self-collection because cheques were being banked into wrong accounts (which I think is a totally lame excuse and unacceptable). Even if that is the case, then they should ask the problematic ones to go self-collect. Why should us who havent had any problems with the cheques deposited into our accounts be the 'victims' ? They have been banking in my cheques for the past one year with zero problem, and now this ?????????? They don't even allow for us to collect at site office. Such bulls**t.

Exactly. She told me some buyers didn't collect the cheque so it's very troublesome for them to sent a new cheque. They should just do rules for the lazy ones and not all.
Let's give them 2 options. Bank into our account or collect at X2 Site Office.

There is no way Im going to go Sha Alam on freaking weekday to collect the cheque.

Anyone can give a helping hand to write a nice memo? We can get those to agreed to meet up at X2 Site Office and sign the memo.

I think she should have cooked up a better excuse instead. So those who didn't collect the cheques WILL go collect the cheques at Shah Alam on a WEEKDAY ?????? I bet she will have more cheques to re-issue with this dumb implementation. Pardon my vocabulary on this issue but it doesn't make any sense at all.

Yes, I am very pissed myself. During 1st payment, the law firm or bank delayed the approval of fund release. I told the developer I was not aware of it and not in control, but they still penalized 2 months worth of interest claims. I would like to same penalty on them as well. At least this one (the delays) is in their control.
