Wah....strong supporter of SH! Respect!
Share with us...why you choose siber-fa-jaya and SH pls? QUOTE(BaH2 @ Aug 30 2015, 08:58 AM) I've booked a Schubert unit under new promotion, currently looking for JV partner to proceed with loan. Anybody interested can pm me urgently as the promotion only applies to 1st 40 Schubert who sign S&P. I can vouch the price really a steal as same price during launching back in 2010 and if won one of the car, basically buying under value property. I myself have bought Mozart & 2 Verdi in Symphony Hills....been follow up this project since 2012 |

Wah... From the beginning of rejecting SH until buying 2 units in SH - geng! Respect x 2!
QUOTE(ims2628 @ Sep 25 2015, 10:11 AM) i think is UEM overall financial problem due to their Australia project, not because of Cyberjaya symphony hills, to be frank i bought myself two units in symphony hills, one Schumann subsales and one Schubert developer units, schubert selling 1.63mil for my units 90% from 1.63mil is around RM6807++ per month so for rental wise i think i can only rent out maybe 3.5-4k maybe.. but after all their rebate this property worth 1.2 mil+ after add on with MOT, still below bank value, highest bank value i able get for subsales is 1.35 mil but there's a problem now which first phrase owner very desperate in selling their subsales at price as low as 1.05 mil |

Yes it far however with MEX the traveling time is short.
Alternatively, you can catch ERL too. ERL to KL Sentral then MRT to KLCC is abt 40 mins (station to station). Hassle free and nice ride with ERL. QUOTE(vextor @ Nov 17 2015, 05:39 PM) |

Maybe bro Ross / Noblebaby can advise the occupancy rate in Beethoven.
QUOTE(Loen @ Nov 18 2015, 12:36 PM) Just some SH community latest occupancy update: Schubert/Schumann - Around 30 units of 105 occupied. Mozart - Around 40 out of 125 occupied (or in the process of being occupied) That's 30% occupancy for the first two phase (not inclusive of Beethoven). Occupancy should pick up further with the latest sold out remaining units in Schubert and once Tamarind Square opens mid 2016. |

Amongst the projects in Cyberjaya so far still think SPS has the best trained SA in their sales gallery.
Worst SA personal experience is MCT and Mah Seng. SR - so so only QUOTE(Cabinda @ Nov 15 2016, 05:51 AM) If I got money also wont buy sejati, Sejati SA was too action, during market good time super action, now market bad time begging for sales? When I go ask them, they straight told me all finished, left bungalow and superlink (or SemiD i forgot) only. Their attitude make me feel like I cannot afford to buy... Not professional enough.. Lucky no buy sejati also, Symphony hills are much much better... Sejati too tiny.. Only Main entrance looks cool nia.. inside are all miniature.. |
