Both MBTL n SH condo are very nice n suitable for young family with 2 kids. Very resort feel especially SH!
I think the tenants are diff group of ppl to Pangaea / sky park which targeting students n young executive.
I m an old man thus only landed pls haha lol.

Not only that. Developer shows u in calculation that your psf price is low by total BU/ price but not the land size.
One should not forget the value of prop is on the land!
