UEM likely will not promote HER @ Cyberjaya, because Symphony Hills HER almost sold out?

Only savvy Singaporean will buy into Cyberjaya, the rest all still BBB @ Nusajaya. Haha.

Nevermind, I wish more Malaysian coming in for quality living @ Cyberjaya...

To be fair, I think most Chinese buyers looking for value for money, & lower maintenance fee for own stay.

Eco Glades provides such branding & opportunity, anyway we will love to see more Bumi brothers joining the community.

Brother, this is one of the main reason, we choose Eco Glades than Symphony Hills.

Maintenance fee not cheap for own stay.
