Comparing this to Garden Residence, which one better in terms of location and facilities?
*
For Cyberjaya, RM 1.3 M can buy u:

1. Eco Glades mainland link villa RM 1.1 M, island link villa RM 1.3 M. For island unit, got to have luck.
2. Symphony Hills link villa RM 1.2 M. Believe all sold out, left RM 1.4 M onwards.
3. Summer Glades READY link villa RM 1 M.
4. Garden Residences READY Semi D RM 1.3 M.

RM500-550 psf. Expensive?
*
Not expensive. Potential capital appreciation is there. Rental market not tested yet, due to future huge supply.

Tough decision. I am not buying. If u serious, can consider 2 bedroom unit.

2000 sqft.

Lake view.

RM 1.5 M, RM 750 psf.

Since no Penang...

Desa ParkCity @ Eco Glades? For perfect neighborhood.
Mirage by The Lake? For well planned township.

Else, try johor.

Yup. Looking at Eco Glades. The reason to stay in condo for retirement is lesser maintenance needed. easier to take care.
*
Many rich people do that, espcially not staying with kids. Safer. My rich aunty did that, moving from Bangsar bungalow to > RM 3 M condo few years back.

She has many kids, but almost all migrated, staying with maid. Sadly, she passed away after that. Out of topic.

For me, I will prefer to stay in landed with kids, hopefully.

actually i almost wanted to buy Sky Residences. after discount around 1.7Mil+. unit at almost the top floor and big unit. KLCC view. the uncertainty is the land (kampung) in front of the development. furthermore, tht place flood easily...  blush.gif
*
KLCC not a good place to retired bah.

Since u going to retire soon, can buy liao. If u only consider KL, slightly tough is to find water view, other requirement can find easily.

I think u should consider Mirage by The Lake, the Lake view should be superb. But If I remembered correctly, there is a road in between condo & the lake.

Not many natural lake @ KL:

Eco Glades condo facing Cyberjaya Lake, likely will be the last condo launch upon 2014/2015. Man made lake like too small for your appetite. Haha.

Hey Guys -
Any comments on why Simphony Hills houses are more expensive than Sejati Residence.

For eg. SH Shubert 3,132 sq.ft. (link house) is priced around 1.56 Mil. compared Sejati Link house which is around 3,800 sq. ft. and its only priced at 1.4 mil.

Whats the catch in Sejati? OR whats great about SH?

Thanks,
Ek.

Symphony Hills initial launch price is not as high, price going up slowly & steady... Same like Mah Sing Garden Residences.

I thought Sejati link house already sold out?

Price slowly creeping up.. I bought Symphony hills semi-D, and that time SH is slightly cheaper than Sejati. I picked SH becos of the concept, not the price.

u getting one?
*
Not because of same feeling like East Ledang? Haha.

smile.gif  Hello to all Sifu Here. Went to the Showhouse last two weeks and interested of the Verdi Condo. The floating club house is spectacular!

But its seems like not selling well, I think only 50% sold. Somemore there is another block haven't open yet. Even though the SA told me its haven't official launch yet. But I found its have been started to sell from last year December...(correct me if Im wrong)

SA explain that Verdi is different from others commercial high rise such like SOHO, this is a residential unit.

I like the resort concept so much drool.gif . but definitely not for own stay (too far) its for investment.

Is this the best choice among Cyberjaya (500k budget)?

Im almost wanna to pay booking. But 2 of my uncle ask me to hold! Saying that its too risky! Said I will regret .....  sweat.gif  and advise me to look around PJ/Subang or Puchong area can find 500k condo too.... (They have invested many of properties in PJ/KL area)  rclxub.gif
Need all sifu here to give advise & comments? blush.gif

Compare other highrise @ Cyberjaya, Verdi is good for own stay but not investment, probably due to its location @ Cyberjaya?

For your info, Desa ParkCity new highrise sales slack too.

Symphony Hills HER is good for investment.

Verdi is not good for investment.
