Just got a fedex mail from UEM Sunrise COO apologizing for the delay in the completion of Phase 7 Harmony Park. Basically assured purchaser that LAD will be honoured, and calculated up to VP, which is now deferred to Mar 2014. They are also organising a dialogue session in Dec with all affected purchasers.

I'm assured and impressed by the personal letter sent by Mr Lum Tuck Ming, COO. It's a testimony of the importance of choosing a reliable and professionally run developer.

Holy shiaaaat!!!!

The earliest buyer of a bungalow in Phase 2 received more than 200k in compensation for late delivery. UEM paid without delay and they still spent more money to further beautify the gardens of Phase 2 after Vacant Possession(brought in more plants, built more outdoor exercise equipments in the gardens, built more playgrounds in the gardens, maintenance of all the gardens like grass cutting, trimming and cleaning of walkways with jet spray etc)... where to find such a good developer? ;D

I almost book the bungalow 2 yrs ago :-(

SH landscaping and environment for sure better than EL.

I will checkout my friend bungalow in EL soon...

Current bungalow RM4.5 to 6mil. Crazy price.
