This thread will cover mostly from a Windows user perspective as majority of the users are essentially on that platform. For your information, both of us (davidgary73 and myself) are MAC users; just in case you are wondering if we are attempting to discriminate/sideline MAC users . Furthermore, iTunes is already the MAC's innate multiplayer afterall, and it would be rather embarrassing if you don't know the basics

SECTION A: GENERAL iTUNES RELATED QUESTIONS

Q: How do I set up my own personalised iTunes Account? "iTunes is not available in my country"?
A: For this part, kindly head to a current, existing thread; Section 'A' : An Introduction To Your Phone, 2. Set Up An iTunes Account

Q: Can I use my Malaysian credit card to purchase another country's iTunes gift certificates, iTunes gift card, redemption code?
A: No. As each credit card is being issued uniquely to its provider (kindly refer to SECTION D: TOPPING UP YOUR ITUNES ACCOUNT for more information)

Q: How do I authorise/deauthorise my iTunes account on PC/MAC?
A: For this part, I will lead you to the Apple's site for more information. For your information, one iTunes account can authorise up to 5 PC/MAC. Hence it is essential for you to deauthorise a PC/MAC before reformatting it.

Q: Why do I need to authorise/deauthorise my iTunes account?
A: Simple. To protect the copyrights on the content you buy. However with the introduction of DRM-free tracks on the iTunes store, this part is becoming less relevant.



Q: Can I use my iTunes account on multiple iPhone/iPod peripherals?
A: Yes, you can. As a matter of matter, both of my iTunes accounts are currently linked to my iPhone and iPod Touch. By linking them up, it means that you can now use a purchased content across these peripherals.

Q: Assuming that I intend to format/reinstall the operating system on my PC/MAC, do I need to backup the contents of my purchased contents (for example music, videos, movies et cetera) off the iTunes store?
A: Oh, yes. However, you will be pleased to know that, with Apps (from the App Store), you can actually re-download them again at no extra cost. This also implies that you can, technically re-download previously purchased Apps with your other iPhones/iPod Touch(s) (provided they carry your proposed and sychronised iTunes account).

SECTION B: ORGANISING YOUR MUSIC (AND ITS OWN RESPECTIVE ALBUM ARTWORK)

Q: Can I add music from another PC/MAC, which is not my default one? For example, adding music using my friend's computer?
A: No (not with the iTunes at least).

Q: Can I retrieve music out of my iPhone? For example, sharing it with a friend?

Q: How can I add my own music to my iPhone?
A: In order to do that, follow this sequence:
1. Create a playlist.
2. Drag tracks from Library -> Music (the column on the right)
3. Plug your iPhone into your computer via the USB cable.
4. Wait your iPhone to appear under "Devices" (the column on the right).
5. Click on the "Music" tab.
6. Select your desired folders.
7. Synchronise


Q: How can I add album artworks to my music?
A: There are three ways to do that
First method: Obtain an iTunes account first (see Section A). On the top left corner, Advanced -> Get Album Artwork
Second method: Google the desired album artwork image and save it up. Click the bottom left corner (To "Show or hide artwork and video viewer). Drag or copy/paste the image to the white screen.
Third method: Right click (for Windows) the desired track, and select the Artwork tab. Click "Add"


Q: I did exactly what was prescribed above, but my album artwork still does not appear on my iPhone.
A: Plug your iPhone back and remove that particular track from your the playlist. Synchronise thereafter. Make sure that the track is no longer there (in your iPhone). Now, add that very same track (with album artwork) back to the playlist and sychronise again.



Q: The methods prescribed above sounds extremely tedious and laborious. Do you have another alternative method?

Q: Can I add pictures from another PC/MAC, which is not my default one? For example, adding pictures using my friend's computer?
A: No (not with the iTunes at least).

Q: How can I add my own pictures to my iPhone?
*Please create new folders and place your selected pictures in it.
A: In order to do that, follow this sequence:
1. Plug your iPhone into your computer via the USB cable.
2. Wait your iPhone to appear under "Devices" (the column on the right).
3. Click on the "Photos" tab.
4. Select your desired folders.
5. Synchronise



Q: How do I retrieve the pictures taken from "Camera Roll"?
A: Using the provided USB cable, plug in your iPhone and wait for the characteristic Windows' USB-device-detected sound. A pop up window will shortly ensue.

Q: What if the prescribed method above does not work i.e. no pop up window?
A: This has happened to me once and I had to resort to a full restoration of my iPhone. However, before rushing into that, try plugging your iPhone to another PC/MAC first.

Q: How to place contact pictures to Caller ID?
A: Use Addressbook for Mac ( http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2486 ) and Outlook for Windows ( http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/...0137791033.aspx ) to place the contact pictures.

SECTION D: TOPPING UP YOUR iTUNES ACCOUNT

Q: Since I cannot use my malaysian credit card to purchase another country's iTunes gift certificates, iTunes gift card, redemption code, can I ask a friend (from that country) to help me to obtain one?
A: Legally, you cannot but technically you can (due to copyright and iTunes stipulated terms and conditions. Furthermore majority of the users here are using the American version anyway).

Q: I got no credit card, can i register for iTunes ? And how do i purchase game without credit cards ? Is there another solution to it ?

Q: Recently, I saw this incredible deal on XYZ, where I can purchase USD50 for only RM50. I mean how cool is that?
A: There is no such as a free lunch and yes, that is a scam. Chinese hackers have figured out a way to generate iTunes gift card keycode numbers and therefore this constitutes as fraud. Apple is less than lenient to "exonerate" your mistake and not to mention attempting to refund your balance/unblock your account. To read more about this phenomenon, kindly point your browser here.

Q: What happens if Apple suspends my account?
A: You will have to write and explain to them and hopefully things will work towards your advantage. If your account gets suspended, you cannot update your applications (purchased from the App Store) anymore.
Fellow member, teikwing (Post number 144) has also added this and I quote "To re-enable your iTunes account, head to iTunes Store Support page and liase with one of the iTunes Support staff on iTunes Live Chat. Time 8am-8pm US time. iTunes account re-enable in 15-20 minutes."

Q: So, if there is so much hassle to get them, what do you recommend then?
A: In my personal opinion, I reckon that you should just stick with the Malaysian iTunes store, or if you have a friend/associate from the desired country, you can ask him/her to purchase them for you. However if you are keen on the Australian iTunes store, I may be able to help (personal discretion applies and for more information go to post number 2167).

Q: How do I redeem these iTunes gift certificates, iTunes gift card, redemption code?
A: There are two typically used methods:
First method: via iTunes
Second method: via iPhone (on the native iTunes application, bottom right tab "Downloads" and then top left corner Redeem)



Q: Does iTunes US gift card credit has expiry dates/time?
A: Nope.. no expiry date/time.

SECTION E: CREATING MORE THAN ONE iTUNES ACCOUNT

Q: As the title above suggests, is it even possible?
A: Yes, it is. As a matter of fact, I am currently using both the American and Australian iTunes store accounts, simultaneously together.

Q: Excellent news, now how do I do that?
A: The same rule applies; proceed to SECTION A: GENERAL iTUNES RELATED QUESTIONS.

Q: Now, I did observe that I can only have one iTunes account synchronise on my iPhone. So how can I possibly juggle two accounts?
A: This step is relatively confusing and I do hope that I could convey myself right here. So in order to facilitate this better, I will use this scenario as an example: Assuming that I have two iTunes accounts here, X and Y. I have X logged on, on both the iTunes (on your PC/MAC) and the iPhone and I want to use Y on my iPhone when I'm not in front of my PC/MAC
1. On your PC/MAC, click on your Apple ID to login (top right corner)
2. Enter your credentials.
3. Once successful, plug your iPhone via the USB cable and "Sync"
4. You will now, realise that Y is your primary iTunes account on your iPhone.


Q: Oh man, what if I need to use the X account desperately and I'm not within the grasp of my PC/MAC?
A: There is one very tedious method, but it will definitely work. I have found this method by accident when I was fiddling around. Account Y was initially synchronised on my iPhone and one of the applications purchased from the X store had an update. So I proceeded to update that application and I was required to enter my X's Apple ID alongside my password. Upon a successful login, X was then my iPhone's primary iTunes account. However, if there is no applications to update, then the prescribed method will not work

SECTION F: VIDEO CONVERSION

There are many other feasible ways to do your favourite video conversion the your iPhone. However over in this section, we are just gonna point out some of our favourites.

Q: So, what are the recommended softwares for PC/MAC then?
A: For windows, we will definitely recommend Videora whilst for MAC, it is either Quicktime Pro or HandBrake ( http://www.handbrake.fr/ ). The suggested compression is - File Format: MP4, Video Format: H.264, Data Rates: 960-1000 kbits/sec, Audio Format: AAC

Q: My computer is really a slow machine and these video conversations do take a toll on it. Is there any other suggestions?
A: My personal favourite is actually from ZAMZAR. It is online based, so you basically upload your videos to the said website. Once the conversation has been completed, they will then e-mail you a link to download it. Best of all, it is free and works with both PC/MAC! To demonstrate this bit, I will use an example where I'm going to convert a YouTube video directly (without the use of any software)
1. Get the URL of your desired YouTube video.
2. Select the type of output (in this case, the iPhone)
3. Type in a valid e-mail address.
4. Summit!
5. Wait for approximately 10 minutes for a link to be sent.
6. Download the file (dependent on your connection speed)
7. Synchronise the video into your iPhone the usual way.



Q: How to play my video that i uploaded to the iPhone? Which Application? I can't find the application? (Unbelievable question but there are ppl asking such question )

SECTION G: COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. How to SYNC Microsoft Outlook with iPhone
Prepare your Outlook:
1. Open Microsoft Outlook
2. Click on Tools >Options and click on “Others”
3. Check the box “Set Outlook as default program for messaging, contacts and calendars”
4. Click on OK

In Windows Vista:
1. Go to menu start and select “Default Programs”
2. Select “Set your defaults programs”
3. In the window part, select Microsoft Outlook and on the right click “Set this program as default program”
4. Close the window and click on OK.

In iTunes v8.1 above
1. Click on “iPhone”
2. Look in "INFO" tab.
3. Tick the contact, calendar, Mail Account

If this is ur first attemp to sync the information to the iphone
Look in Advance... Tick the item you want..
It will overwrite/ replace in ur IPHONE.

2. Transfering your applications to a new Computer
Option 1. You get to re-download all the purchased app from iTunes for free if you happen to move to a new computer or lost all your previous data. iTunes/iPod/iPhone will prompt you that you already purchased the app, and do you want to re-download it for free. (credit wei)

Option 2. From Mac or PC, copy the entire "Mobile Applications" folder into an external storage device, an external HDD or a thumb drive. Plug that external storage device into your Mac or PC, and open the folder. Leave that Finder window open, and run iTunes. Sign in into your iTunes account. Then drag-and-drop ONE app, from that "Mobile Applications" folder on that external storage device, into your Mac or PC iTunes. It should copy over into your Mac or PC iTunes library, which answers that question of yours whether it recognizes your PC or PC iTunes file format or not. Then try and sync your iPod Touch to it. If it installs the app over, then it works. Drag-and-drop all the other apps from that external storage device, to your iTunes on your new Mac or PC, and sync your iPod Touch/iPhone to get all the apps back into it.

5. Malaysia iTunes and US iTunes
Most Applications and Games are available thru US iTunes AppStore and not all Applications/Games are available in M'sia iTunes Appstore. All Applications and Games in M'sia iTunes AppStore are in US currency.


6. Can i buy applications/games and credit it to my phone bill? [asked by forumers]
NO. You can't. You can only buy applications/games through iTunes.


7. AppStore applications need to purchase?
There's free and purchase applications/games. Head to iTunes Appstore for more info.


8. Can i use PayPal to purchase applications/games with Malaysia Credit Card?
NO you can't. You must have a valid US address and a US bank account in order to use Paypal to purchase applications/games via AppStore. You can't transfer money to your US Paypal with M'sia Credit Card to purchase applications/games.


9. Share iPhone Applications?
A1: Yes you can. As long as both iPhones or iPod share the same Apple ID user and password iTunes account. You're able to share the applications free or purchased. No extra payment needed.

A2: It's a little-known fact that iPhone applications can be shared amongst family members or a select few trusted friends. The process is similar to that of sharing purchased songs within iTunes, and goes something like this:

Make sure the Application you wish to share is on your computer. If you downloaded it directly to your iPhone, you must first sync with your computer to copy it there.
On the computer which has the Application in question, open iTunes, go to Applications, find the app you wish to share, right (or control-) click it, and choose "Show in Finder."
Copy the file shown to the second computer (i.e. the computer that syncs with the iPhone on which you'd like to share this application).
Drag the Application file into iTunes on the second computer, then double-click it within the Applications section of iTunes.
Give iTunes the password of the requested iTunes Store Account -- this will be the account from the first computer you originally used (in Steps #1 and #2)
Sync the iPhone with the second computer.
That should do it. You now will have the App in question on both iPhones, and it should work perfectly. Again, this is similar to the music purchased on the iTunes store and will only work on up to 5 other computers.

Guys.. i purchased SF Volt from itunes and after transferred to iphone, the icon is there but cant open the game.
PS. My phone running 4.2 and jailbroken... at the same time i also downloaded free game and it can be played.

Help..

Try delete the icon and xfer again lor...

Just did it.. but doesnt work.. i even deleted SF4 fearing of conflict of apps.

Also when install by itunes, the installation kinda slow at first.. i assume is normal, but when the installation process reach bout 60%.. suddenly the process become fast till the end. Is this normal?

Current Setup:
iPhone4 A Sync to PC1 with iTune Account A
iPhone4 B Sync to PC2 with iTune Account B

Over last few months, iPhone4 A and B purchases some apps and songs separately.

What I want to achieve here is:-

1. iPhone4 A Sync to PC1 with iTune Acount A - remain no change
2. Move iPhone4 B to sync with PC1 without losing the purchased apps and songs
3. Change iPhone4 B to use iTune Account A

Questions:-

1. Checked apps forum, mostly mentioned creating 2 windows user or new iphone user.
And I don't want to create 2 user login on my windows.

2. How to move those purchases from iTune Account B to iTunes Account A?


Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Finally i did it.. after many attempts problem solved!

What i did...

1) re-jailbreak the phone
2) plug out the phone from pc
3) turn off the phone
4) drag the ipa file into itunes
5) plug in the phone to pc and let it automatically turn on by itself, sync and transfer
6) after completion of transfer, reboot the phone
7) and finally turn on the restriction and change the region to Malaysia -
8) enjoy SF

You can not merge 2 accounts. What you do is authorize both iTunes account of 2 different iPhones in the same PC.Then transfer purchase the apps to the iTunes.

How to delete pending apps in iphone or ipad..coz accidently install apps over 20mb via 3G..thanks for any response..tq

I just purchased another Iphone 4 for my wife. I want to share all my apps with her. I setup and itunes account for her. Then come to sync part, we both use the same computer. I am able to setup her iphone as new device and sync all the apps with her.

The problem is whenever there is an update, she have to use my Itunes accounts password. Do you think it’s better to use only one itunes account?

Secondly is, I am able to sync apps but how bout contact? I am using outlook contact and I put her contact in window contact. The problem is each time she wanted to sync, she need to change the outlook contact to window contact which is a little troublesome and risky.

Is there any other way simpler way? Something like she get to sync with my apps but she is also able to sync her own contact and photo etc. Please help.

I have 3 Apple producst (an iPhone 4, my iPad 2 and my wife's iPad 2). All 3 uses the SAME iTunes account (mine) so I can share all my apps across all 3 devices.

As for contacts, I'm not sure about Outlook but in my iMac I can create 2 contact database, one for my wife and one for me. Each devices sync to different contact database.

Try to hard restart your device (hold home and power button till your device restarts), and if that doesn't work, you'll probably have to restore.

Ello sifu..i am just using iphone 3gs for a few day..i have made my own custom ringtone using itune, just 29 second & set it to m4r extention...The problem is, when i want to transfer that file using itune from itune ringtone folder to iphone ringtone folder, its say error..cannot copy...i just dunno what to do..could u all help me..

Try create this time by using iTunes. See if it works.

your can find your files from your document

C:\Documents and Settings\XXX\My Documents\My Music\iTunes

inside should have all you files. try to copy and back up that itunes folder then reinstall the itunes, after that replace the backup folder. it should appear back

previously i replaced mine under digi cause of home button issue

Apps not to worry, follow the above solution. Just backup manually your mp3 in your PC will do.
As far as I understand, you intend to just reformat your PC but NOT your iPhone. Nothing is gona vanished. After you manage to reformat just reinstall iTunes.

Then plug in your iPhone and click "backup", with that click iTunes will automatically have your backup secured.

If you are on IOS 4.3.3 then it seems normal for me. I have the same problem as you.

can i register itunes account thru appstore?

You can't login, logout or register through app store app icon. A big BUT, do in under settings.app.

Settings > Store > Sign In > Create new Apple ID.

Incase you don't get it:

My wife's iPhone has been stolen and the thief is trying to access her iTunes account on another computer. Is there any way to remove it from her iTunes account? Thanks.

Change the current iTunes acc password, remove all billing and credit card informations.

That's pretty much the closest thing you can do as in removing her iTunes.

Yes. As soon as you change the password in your iTunes account, the stolen iPhone will not have access to your iTunes acc.

Q: I'm stuck at Boot Logo. How to solve?
A: For those of you who have who accidentally click or did a "Reset All Settings" or "Erase All Content and Settings" or stuck at boot logo for a long peroid of time, please refer to the steps below to restore your iPhone: *Please download the firmware to your desktop before you proceed.

1. Make sure the iPhone is not connected to the computer.
2. Close the iTunes application and re-open it again.
3. Plug the usb bit to the computer
4. Hold the "home" button of the iphone
5. Now plug the dock connector bit to your iphone (without letting go the home button)
6. Await for further instructions on the screen and then release the "home" button.
7. Hold shift and click restore for Windows users and select the firmware. Hold Alt/Option button and click Restore for Mac users and select the firmware.
*For 2G iPhone, after restoring your firmware, you need to jailbreak and unlock using Pwnagetool or Quickpwn to have a full function phone.
*For unlock 3G iPhone, you can jailbreak your iPhone if you choose to.

Q: I have album artwork for my songs but when the song is playing and i go to sleep mode and 'un-sleep' the artwork doesn't show on the lock screen. Once unlocked, album artwork will only show.

A: Do a soft reset on your phone. It should show after that. Soft reset = power button + home button.

hi my iphone 3gs having this no sound problems since when i started to use an ear phone to listen to my favorite music. I have restore the firmware using itunes but yet still no sound coming out from it, but perfectly ok when i jacked in my ear phone, i can hear locking sound keypad sound all back to normal...anybody can help me out how to fix this problem?
1. should i change the speaker at the bottom?
2 should i change the audio jack inserts?

I have two iphones. how I want to restore application from 'A' to b iphone to 'B' iphone using iTunes?

just backup ur apps and all of ur data on ur iphone A using itunes and then connect ur iphone B and restore it when the message pop up that u have restored data n whether u want to restore it to this iphone(iphone B) or u want to set iphone B as a new iphone...

any1 know where to retrieve ios update file? i click the option for download only for the ios4.3.3 firmware on itunes so that i can upgrade my phone whenever i'm free. but when i open my itunes again, the dl file not showing at the download area. before tat, it showed that it's completed. in this case, the dl file is save inside my pc or nt?

Firmware files have an .ipsw extension and can be found at the following locations:

On Windows XP :
Documents and Settings\<User>\Application Data\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPhone Software Updates

On Windows Vista/Windows 7:
Users\<User>\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPhone Software Updates

On Mac:
~/Library/iTunes/iPhone Software Updates

Download update now available for IOS 4.3.4 only. Further it wont save your downloaded file. You will need to plug in to iTunes will downloading the ipsw, and automatically update your iPhone IOS after done.

the problem is when the time i download update is still ios 4.3.3. once finish download, it still have the file on the itunes download corner. during dl, i opt for download file only without auto update my phone because i tot of updating it later. i accidentally exit my itunes, and when i go in itunes again, the download corner for my ios4.3.3 didn't show already. thn itunes pop up their recent ios4.3.4 release.

so is that means the ipsw file i dl earlier is deleted or still remain on my pc?

Even you manage to download 4.3.3, no use for you already. As Apple has stopped signing 4.3.3. You can only restore to 4.3.3 IF you have 4.3.3 shsh saved via Cydia.

means in that case it's nt possible to even update am i right? my phone is on 4.1, plan to update to 4.3.3 only. not interested on 4.3.4

Happened to me yesterday on my iPhone 4. Was thinking of bringing it to the service center when it suddenly worked as normal. I believed that when I was plugging in the headjack and taking it out, in one instance the phone just thought that I was still on headjack. No sound from the external speakers except for the ringing tone and if I put the person on the other line on speaker phone otherwise, it's silent and I can't hear the person on the other line or any songs on my iPhone.

Haven't put on a headjack since yesterday but I will try today and see if the symptoms returns.

Added on July 18, 2011, 3:23 pmIS your iPhone Jailbroken on 4.1? If it is, check the top screen when you launch Cydia and see what it says with regards to SHSH that it has saved for you. There is a chance (if you are jailbroken) that Cydia has automatically saved the 4.3.3 SHSH for you eventhough you are on 4.1 (Cydia is so nice). Doesn't hurt to check.

But if you have never jailbroken, then there is no way you can get the SHSH for 4.3.3

yea. my phone is jbed 4.1. it stated shsh from 3.1.3 - 4.3.3. means i still got the chance to update to 4.3.3 manually thru itunes? is this only apply to jbed phone? if i haf non jbed phone n plan to update from older version to 4.3.3 is not possible as wat yezhacolic mention earlier right?

can i simply just change my current malaysia acc to US?....
will it effect anything? i mean will it reset everything or what?

that is not restore...its update...u cant update to ios 4.3.3 coz ios 4.3.4 is the latest update..and apple only sign the latest ios....u can read on JAILBREAK discussion thread to read in further..

That will only work if you saved your 4.3.3 shsh blob before.........

your only solution is either to stick with that ios 4.3.1 or update to 4.3.4

i would recommend u to just stay with 4.3.1 since not much improvement for 4.3.4

If you have your SHSH blobs saved (assuming you're jailbroken on 4.3.1), then you can restore to 4.3.3 via the host file method or TinyUmbrella.

However, it is risky and you may end up having to restore to 4.3.4 so if it's doing fine on 4.3.1, I'd say wait till iOS 5 is out before you may want to think about upgrading.

This happen 2 days ago, using maxis set IPhone 4 32Gb, when i try to update my apps using 3G. it just didint respond when i press the update..and when press home to main screen the app is blank with the status waiting..

I thought something wrong with my iTunes account so i logout., but cant seem to login after logout, it states check network connection or retry. can see the 3G is loading when login but after 5-10mins it states retry.

I thought maybe is the 3G connection, so i try to surf using safari and also open FB app, it all works fine. no problem.

i was using iOs4.3.3, but last night updated to 4.3.5 and still having this problem. I have never used Jailbreak.

BUt when i turn ON WIFI to connect, i can login to my itunes account, no problem, even can install and update apps.

sigh... what the hell happen. please help.

If i were to restore system, does it only restore the OS, or it deletes everything and restore to factory setting?

If you have backup then restore, you will get to keep all your things except downloaded pictures (those that not taken using iphone camera) and installed apps. However u can sync the apps from ur computer if u had 1st transferred purchase to computer

I think yesterday before it updated my Os to 4.3.5 itunes did a backup.

my apps all all sync, but those files not too big so no problem. just my songs is over 10Gb and will take some time to load in.

so if restore, do i have to sync my songs again?
if i recall correctly restore got 2 option right, new phone or ?? like that..

yup restore as new or from backup, if from backup u can get back everything like phonebook and sms and notes etc etc..

maybe it was coincidentally at the time you were in that app store that ur Maxis 3G connection failed... i've been a Maxis user for some years and yeah, their system kinda sucks... sometimes when im tethering my internet connection to my laptop a message pops out in my 3GS saying "Cellular network failure" ...
dunno whats going on.. maybe its maxis' prob

Why my phone doesnt show the battery usage status? i have already full charge it and it shows right after 100% full charge but after few hours later its just blank

It is safe to say that u're iphone is jailbroken..this is because of the use of sbsettings..if u notice,when u charge full 100%,your battery usage will show the correct data..but,when u respring in sbsettings,your usage stats will show the "-"..u guys can try it,its proven..it is not a problem actually,u just have to fully charge it again..n if u don't want the "-" thing appear again,simply don't respring,restart your phone instead

if this is happen after u install an apps, remove/uninstall the apss and reboot ur device..

Hi, my iphone is bricked when i tried to upgrade 4.3.5 ios. Now it is in recovery mode and wont exit even i try to restore it. It comes out error 3194. Please show some guidance on what i can do.
