so...i got a question..what are ur opinions on fapping/sex on a workout day(after the workout)..does it hinder progress by lowering test levels? or is it just broscience?

haha..ok..thanks for the input..will smash with no reservations on workout days.. but will stick to abstinence before workout..tryed it once and felt like crap during the workout..
