Still, a 225lbs bench press with a 60 kg bodyweight. I'm calling for vid verification on that one.

It is possible, we've seen enough vids of you doing that. But benching almost 2x bodyweight is rare so I guess most of us want to see it if someone other than you are pressing such numbers.

It ain't Zin, I think it's adix4.

Sup mikey.
Business trips and work creeping up. I'm loath to sacrifice my training times so the first thing that goes is my internet time.

You know you're totally in the training lifestyle when you don't think of the days as Monday, Tuesday, Weds.
I caught myself thinking what day is today and I went "Yesterday was back day, that means today is leg day. And leg day = Friday!". I ain't got no days of the week anymore. I only got chest day, back day, arm day, rest day, etc.

Oh, that ONE fella here who can bench 2x BW. Good luck training with him.

I'm the sponge casual type too. If there are no surprises, then it's a set day for each bodypart. Otherwise the flexibility is there to mix it up should work/life issues come up. For me, the best routine is the one you can stick to.

I don't know how to go about it so I'll go straight to the point too.

Problem here is it's mostly made up of fat tissue. Which means as your bf% drops, the size will most probably reduce too. As paraphrase a good gym friend of mine, "It's either the 6 pack or the boobs". And this has been her headache ever since. Short of implants, it's your decision to make.

Just to help :

Hot bod + small boobs > Whale + big boobs

Presses first for me.
Flyes are better isos to really empty the tank. That and I'm not keen on heavy flye movements.
