Got some "advice" today while doing shoulders.
Don't do Military press and Press behind neck,it will screw up your rotator cuff. Then the 3 scrawny kids proceeded to do their version of the Arnold press, I almost thought they would dislocate their shoulders the way they were violently rotating the dumbbells. |
