i have one question that i wanted to ask.. if i cook chicken soup. the protein of the chicken will still intact to the meat or to the soup ? old people say that all the nutrient is in the soup.. lol. so, what is actually the right thing ?because my dad cook the chicken to soup..i dont want to drink the soup tho
