skype works beautifully now, video calling is top-notch! i'm impressed.

Fair warning here. It's better to use APK Manager to decompile/recompile. Packed APKs that are of unknown origin might be malicious. That's why Google had an option to disable installation from unknown sources.

I read some posts that skype passwords might be compromised, so be careful.

bro, got time now? wanna call you to see the quality in skype sgs.

edit; just video call with lordjabu right now and the quality is really superb when see from my laptop. only the video will get choppy if the phone kinda being move around, but so far really a satisfaction to see skype finally got video call.

go swype website n register urself a account
den follow the instruction and install

installing is easy
but there is 1 problem
it is abit tricky to get it to work
i installed many times only can success

Can anyone teach me how to flash to galnet miui? my current rom is nightly cm7. Drain battery really fast, the android os thingy keep coming out. Does galnet miui have battery drainage problem?

same. if you feel cm7 high battery consumption, then same to MIUI too. MIUI is base on cm7 so basically both are same.
Steps:
1. go into recovery
2. Wipe data
3. go into mount , format /system, /data, /datadata, /cache
3. flash MIUI.
