my lecturer also said that P4 is easy for him but difficult to make the students understand

you know how to calculate NPV, CAPM should be able to secure half of the marks to pass. Others have to depend on your luck and knowledge. The syllabus is quite wide, those areas which i found difficult are business valuation, financial derivatives especially hedging

long questions... marks hard to gain
but not really difficult

of course cannot ignore theories, i prefer theories more than calculations. those NPV and CAPM come out almost every sitting. the others are more difficult to predict. F9's syllabus is quite wide actually but not too hard to pass

1 article is regarding on OHQ, IPC, RDC, ...as u mentioned.

another article is on settlement....tax anti-avoidance provision...

u could get the articles from acca website

like what Collenlee said, the another article is about Anti-avoidance, the article came out on 1 Nov 2011 written by examiner.

but i see quite many students failing P7 also, and after P5 examiner has been changed few sittings ago, i heard a lot of complaints regarding the exam becomes tougher.
