when you didn't succeed the first time, dont give up. lucky for me it updated on the first try (downloaded using my digi internet)

I will never do that, cause Digi at my place is super unstable!

I believe you need to restore to stock rom 1st before you can get the OTA update

it is alrd stock ROM,
i think if custom ROM,it doesnt even have the option for update checking

i can check my warantee in acer malaysia official website,so i think my unit have been registed at their datebase,but i wonder y i cant get the latest update

Send back to Acer and get a brand new unit

the problem is that i am staying in langkawi,very hard for me to go penang to the service center...

already send them an email about it,let see wat they have to say
