Where did you get your leather case from? I am interested with the case cause it is very difficult to find one in Pg.

What game he is playing? Original version or hacked?
Hacked version might not be stable and getting the wrong version which meant for or type of CPU/system can also introduce stability issue.

So far, I have tried Shadowgun Tegra3, Riptide GP Tegra3, Dark Meadow The Pact and some others. With the initial white screen problem which can be fixed with simple restart, all are running smoothly with no problem after a reset.

I know smartphone can charge anytime and plug off although not 100% but how bout this tablet? Will the battery spoiled?

Any of u guys facing auto rotate problem. I shut down last night and turn on today suddenly cannot rotate. Did a factory reset also cannot solve the problem.

Got the same problem here too. Factory reset and hard reset doesn't help. Well my problem started yesterday after i rooted stock OTA ICS

Yup both factory reset and hard reset does not solve the problem. I am sure its software problem because the autolock switch at the side still working. I did not even root it. Using stock ICS.

Got one weeks ago, here's the issue currently facing:

Pad goes warmer on right side after long usage.

Video streaming goes unresponsive or freeze with browser, tried many browser seems same.

power button, seems working and sometimes difficult to power up. not sure why.

anyone having issue with streaming video ? please advise.

1) its taking a lot of juice from battery so its quite normal for me IMO
2) Power button after screen fully shutdown down have to wait a while before can start up again (wait like 5 seconds) then press awhile and release the the tab will vibrate and start up again. thats how the a500 works.
3) video streaming from where? If from browser/ internet/youtube, wifi/internet speed can effect it too.

1. Rename the downloaded file update.zip
2. Turn off the shelf
4. Insert the SD card into the tablet
5. Press the volume (vol-) and press power (hold down both keys.
6. Once the power button lights up, release the button but keep flight-supported
7. Releasing flight-when the phrase "recovery booting kernel image" appears on the screen

I add a warning, this ROM erases everything on the shelf.

well its sucks cos i have this unit for less than 1 week. i got it at Sen Heng stock clearance for Rm799.00 damn good bargain. i have a 1 year old A500 which i update to ICS no problem and rooted too. The new unit comes in 3.01 HC so i update to ICS . I think i will sent for warranty cos to lazy to flash downgrade to HC. Might get the same problem if i upgrade to ICS again next time>

do u have touch screen sensitivity issue with this firmware version?
