Sifu, don't know whether I'm lucky or what, before I get the semi/fully-bricked screen, I can't emergency recovery my phone~
After I found a way to get back my downloading screen, I can recover my phone and now my android version: 2.2, baseband version: 15503DXJP6, kernel version: 2.6.32.9-perf root@se-s604 #1, build number froyo.dxjp6
Is my phone now upgraded to 2.2 froyo and rooted?

He got really fed up and closed his own thread when he couldn't reply with my replies anymore, as he just couldn;t believe what he saw with the facts I posted biggrin.gif cool2.gif cool2.gif

Anyway, now with Celcom.AxiFKer gone, is time to back to the real topic.

Just wanna ask for SGS II users here, is the screen viewable under direct sunlight? I couldnt test in shop in this scenario.

Ya this is another question, does SGS II user need a screen protector? As it has a gorilla glass protector on top of the Super AMOLED+.

it's scratch resistant, not anti scratch, if u went to corning's gorilla glass website, its mentioned the gorilla glass makes the scratch not so obvious/bad but it still can be scratched, and also being very hard, it's also brittle, if something hard whacks it, it will break also. eg: diamond whack with hammer will break.

which is why u need to use screen protector, our fingernails is 2.5H, if your screen protector is more than that, then it's safe from normal fingernails cool2.gif

@guy who scrwed up: doesnt ur sgp sp comes with 2 pieces of sp? both also gone?
