The overheating not a big issue right? I did notice mine was also 'warm' even on the surface after 15 minutes of gaming sessions - Stupid Zombies. (only realised when answering a call).
But then, within 5 minutes after, its cool down again. |

I remember my first nexus one I felt hot too vs BLACKBERRY n windows phone. overtime I get use to it |

(only realised when answering a call). from what i've understand and tried, it does get pretty hot after prolong usage of games and talking. But then, within 5 minutes after, its cool down again. of course, it won't scald ur hands but not exactly comfortable either. and on't think that by using a leather/plastic casing to protect ur hands will help. instead it may become worse. there might be a possibility that the extreme heat build up will be trapped by the casing. at worse this will cause distortion of the thin plastic back cover. perhaps the processor speed will drop in order to reduce the heat. originally, samseng set the speed of the processor at 1 GHz but bcos of marketing reason they decided to overclock to 1.2 Ghz. that may be the reason of extreme heat. hopefully samseng's design team also considered the heat buildup after overclocking. it's just like implanting a 2.4l engine into proton wira without improving the brakes system. |

anyone tried putting their face into their PC's LCD monitor after the monitor's been running for 1hr?
how abt the same thing on LCD TV? basically, heat from screen is sth on smart phones... not so obvious on smaller display phones since the display is smaller... and they generate less heat. but here's sth to think about... glass can dissipate heat quite well... but when we put a SP over it... does is slow down the heat dissipation? Added on June 29, 2011, 11:01 am QUOTE(dahool00 @ Jun 29 2011, 10:29 AM) again... i still dun get this 1st batch/ 2nd batch mentality... it may be true for the first batch in manufacturing process... but MY is not getting the first batch... this phone is already available in so many countries for a few weeks/ months...Added on June 29, 2011, 11:02 amanyway, another Q... what freebies are buyers getting? or should i ask... what freebies are sellers throwing in for sgs2 purchase? are new buyers getting cheaper than RRP price or are you guys getting freebies like free BT sets, ori car chargers, etc? Can ask? Do I use this to CF-Root-SGS2_XW_OJV_KF1-v4.0-CWM4 to root the original MY firmware?

Well, from the shop in 1U, they are throwing in a BT handfree, and also a SP for my friend, but both items are out of stock/not arrive yet. Price remain RM2099.
