i am using papago X5.. i google for the malaysian map for papago and put it in /sdcard/NaviSEA/Maps

i charge full battery 100%
play game around 30 minute, 1 sms, log in facebook less than 5 minute,
the battery left 75%
it is normal?? every tips for life long battery i already try!!
wat can i do now? need to root??
wat rooting i have to do it??

How is the Papago? I'm using Garmin in WinMo..heard my friend said Papago giving him wrong direction in his HTC Incredible S..
Besides Papago, what else we can use in Malaysia providing real time navigation? I know it build in Google Map, what else I can use?
I don't mind paying if the performance as good as Garmin

i usually sync to google, so all my contacts are inside my gmail
so every time i flash a new ROM and the contacts are all gone, i just put in my gmail and sync, then all my contacts with pics will appear

I sync to G mail too, but how it works?

dont know how to do it on the SGS2, but i used to do it on the SGS1 n HTC Desire..u have to export all ur numbers to ur sd card in a .vcf format i think, that u upload it to ur gmail. u'll have to ask the sifus here how to do it on the sgs2, sry i cant help much

Look under settings, account & sync, managed account, click on google, check the box that says sync contacts.

Another thing is, can I use sync function to import contacts from my old phone in to sgs2?

successfully roots and when i try to flash villain roms to my phone, i forget to wipe date/dalvik cache so i have boot loop when reboot, but finally flash to villain 1.4 after google the internet how to access my recovery

How to use the GPS on galaxy? It always ask me to connect to the net.

After many reading i still have some doubt.

1) If i flash my phone to litening rom 1.5 using the single tar file my phone is still not rooted yet?
2) If not rooted yet, what type of root is compatible and suitable for the litening 1.5?
3) After rooted, i need to flash back the stock kernel KF2 to get rid of the warning sign?

apparently you didn't read enough, go to the lite-ning 1.5 rom thread in xda forum and read the first post carefully

If u saved ur contact in ur gmail ... when u sign in at ur phone it will sync all automatically, no need to do anything.
To transfer ur contact from old phone pls use program that convert ur list of contacts to csv & import it to ur gmail acc.

Most of the custom rom is rooted already .... do read their info carefully
