Ure earning below RM5K and u bought a Optima?

I bought 2 prime properties in KL total worth 1.05mil within the past 3 years and total value now at 1.65mil. Didnt have to refinance. Now looking for 3rd property but will get car first. But 3rd property can only max loan 70% so probably need to withdraw EPF.

when u all say proprty, izzit for stay in 1 or to rent out 1?

any idea if the property is shared 1, means have 2 names to bear the loan, does the 3rd property which im going to buy can only be loaned at 70% of the property price?

Anybody's name on the loan document is counted as 1 property regardless if shared or not. If u and your wife's name on the 1st property then considered both of you have 1 property in your name.

Thats why i always advice ppl, put property title in 2 names (for easy transaction in case of death / disability) but loan put in 1 name.

Guys, i just went for my 7th test drive. This time in a totally new car (silver). Pushed the car for about 15 mins and the burnt smell was there. Quite strong. This is really worrying me. Seems like a common issue.

And for those who dont know the history of this issue, let me say that this is not from the tyres or the brakes as i didnt slam the brakes. Nothing to do with aircon vents also and its not exhaust fumes. Its a burning smell. And if ure gonna say, this problem is only initial, please be reminded that some owners in US are still having this problem after about 10,000km mileage.

Nope. Main issue is selling my Vios for the right price. Anyway, my earlier target was the WWR number plate which im sure to miss now. So next target is WXA which should arrive sometime in end July. So still got 4 months to go.

you can always buy the number plate first

That have to pay and i dont wanna drive with an old number plate. At least hoping to drive around with a new plate for 7 days before next alphabet change.

My 1st 1000km service is rm288.75
Price include petronas fully s.oil + filter + washer (a small piece of o-ring that made of metal. Foc car wash.

Ppl here are polite and friendly. Even went to the service bay and look at my car and talk to the mechanic.

First time saw the undercarriage of my car. All new and shinny with no scratches..
Even the Exhaust got Hyundai/Kia logo. Looks like all come from kimchi land.

initially I have this problem also, now my mileage 1500km hardly smell that anymore, I suspect the burnt smell is from the new anti-rust coating on the exhaust system.

Coming from the front drivers side engine?

IF price not increase much , rent or stay .. if increase much sell it ..

All the KIA sc use 3000 one.

No idea which Synthetic Oil. Maybe I will ask them next time. After service.. so far so good.. Now my next service is after 10k km.. i thought there is 1 more service at 5k km. no?

btw.. i have a silly questions guys... Optima comes with leather seat and they are very nice.. What type of leather is it? normal leather only? Sori I am new to this leather seat thing..

Can you obtain the death cert for the specific person? You can appeal based on that.


Agreed~! Dont go to Red Cube. Better go those 3s center. More friendly and customer oriented.


Depends on the dealer, there is might be some risk if the dealer is newly established. Afraid that its might close down.

IMO, go to those established 3S Kia showroom. Usually more reliable as they need to fulfill strict criteria before awarded 3S center.

Can I bring my own oil for services? Will it void the warranty? Lack of confident on Petronas product, been using Shell for years.

HORREY~!

Just bought Yuma Coil Mat (inclusive bonnet) from Sh@rty 5 today. Got the special grey color used in C class Mercedes. A bit pricey but the quality is tip top and it is really custom made for Optima. Got 2 years warranty also.

Bought also some items from Shark Racing. Anyone can recommend who can help me install those custom emblem? Or I can pull it out just like that.
