for the USB NKRO feature, noppoo and PLU is a pretty good choice cos you can get it for less than 300, with USB NKRO. they build quality is not bad also.

as for the bling bling boards, ducky shine is not bad either.

Why is brown more popular than red/black?
*
well, to me brown is not a noisy switch like blue and with a bump tactile feedback unlike black/red.
seems pretty popular among starters who shifted from rubber dome to mechanical. that's just my opinion of course.

How good feel? brows.gif How would you rate it based on your signature? level 7 good feel?
*
lol mechanical keyboards dont vibrate.
depends on the user, some like linear switches (me), some like tactile feel.

I tried the BW and I think they come in MX blue? It was clicky and clacky but the actuation needed is less than my dome Saitek Eclipse 2 for sure.

Will red depress itself if I just lightly rest my fingers on top of it?

Alright the dark side is strong, I need to try them lol
*
lol red is not that light.

Doesn't looks like Filco AI, the "base" of the keyboard (front of it) is so long, longer than normal the Filcos, keycaps probably are PBTs i guess.
*
the color seems to match these:

whats the cheapest brand for mechanical keyboard?? how much is it?? whats the diff btw the cheapest and the more expensive wan??
*
PLUM is considered as the cheapest I've seen so far. less than RM200.
difference between it and other expensive keyboard is:
-plain appearance
-normal ghosting
-no bling bling backlit
-no POM/PBT key caps
-no freebies
-plain packaging
-larger size
-looks cheap, lol

Just finish some of my little bit mod. Now my KB also have a bit blink blink already haha. Lucky 1.3mm el wire can pass through the gap and no effect the typing.
Should order 2 meter instead of 1 if not sure look more cool ><

BTW also do some little mod to my mouse micro switch with cherry DG2  brows.gif
*
cool, but where did the power come from? external USB power or borrow from the numlock/capslock/scrolllock?
btw, where to get the EL wire? interested to do a mod like yours too tongue.gif
