Sorry for my noob question but what is a stabilizer for? Like dampen the typing noise?

LOL, can you imagine pressing down a big sized key(space bar, shifts) without stabilizer?
You pressed off-centered a bit then the whole key will tilt.

For razer BW's left shift, a little bit off centered press already will make the friction unbearable.

In short, stabilizer function is to ensure the whole key pressed and depressed parallelly.

i. Razer BlackWidow Ultimate Stealth (if you believe you have strong luck and will not get those plagued with problems)

ii. XArmor iONE (I think same case as Razer BWU, coz they are made by the same manufacturer, dunno which one, but based on what i digged, they are using the same OEM)

iii. Deck Legends (If you can tolerate the so-called "ugly" logo and the high price of shipping)

iv. Ducky SHINE (if you're not bothered by the slightly misaligned Esc key and are fine with Cherry stabilizers)

it is possible to get White casing with red steel/aluminium plate for leopold, if i want to custom order, it would require MOQ, will do that in next year, since now i got no budget for these.

just done soldering 1 red switch and a ghetto red switch to my G2000 and, I've found out that the ghetto is a little stiffer than the real red.
saw some slight different between the black stem and red stem.

what is ghetto red switch?

black switch stem + brown/blue switch spring. lol
