I've never bothered to bother sniffing Prada, Gucci and Versace, but I'm changing my stubborn thoughts now. hunting for samples for Prada Amber (not the intense one), Versace (Eau Fraiche, Dreamer and Pour Homme), and Gucci Pour Homme 2  like mad! rolleyes.gif
*
Versace both Eau Fraiche n PH very fresh, and PH smell like AHS, GPH2 is an interesing scent smile.gif

Dunno why I am inclined towards the word "Extreme" or "Intense" lol,

I heard la Eau Fraice is a unique and long lasting citrus scent. sounds interesting. but they say Versace Pour Homme is better  rclxub.gif
as for Gucci Pour Homme 2 just got me excited as it is a tea based fragrance where the tea note is dominating. enough of vanilla, chocolate, coffee and other gourmand scent, it's time for tea for me tongue.gif
*
Diff between Eau Fraice n PH is PH less citrusy smile.gif both can get 6hrs on my skin.

Tea based u can try bvlgari but doesn't hold long, another nice tea scent is L'occitane the Vert, open up as lemon green tea smile.gif very calm, nice, like any tea base frag, u got to reapply... 4hrs is consider very good

i dunno about you guys, but to me,versace pour homme is so much more fresher than eau fraiche, the burst of bergamot in the opening of vph is so much stronger and better than eau fraiche.eau fraiche is floral citrusy, pour homme is lemon juice sprinkle on to the body.

bvlgari doesnt hold!!??at one point of time i dont even understand why they come out with bvlgari extreme when the regular pour homme last 8 hours already, with the extreme i got 16 hours.even the darkest bvlgari, bvlgari black gives me 8 hours
*
Wow.. Tat is great for u... I have dry skin so longevity is the main consideration for me to any scent...

Wanna give bvlgari a second shot smile.gif u got the guts to use black

Btw... How do u describe prada amber ph? Scent, projection, as well as longevity

not for everyone, many dislike it,if smelling nice generally, prada infusion wins it,but amber is unique.whole day longevity,2-3 sprays or else will offend many ppl since its not for everyone.

Thx bro smile.gif after owning a few bottles of various group of frag, I prefer fresh masculine scent, and finally have the balls to try the following:

Dior Fahrenheit
Dior Fahrenheit 32
Dior Aqua Fahrenheit
Bvlgari Black
Prada Amber PH
Prada Amber PH Intense

Which of these will be a better choice? And why

Yes bro... i tried silver musk and hindu grass... not bad... but not a must have... Considering the price... hmmmm.... maybe next time, if i have extra $$$ to complete the collection. There are still quite a number in my buy list... so i cannot afford to buy now when they fall under the category of "not bad"... you know what i mean, right.... my bank account will burst if i do so smile.gif

Bro... What's you fav.?? Example.. Citrusy, Woody, Oud... Floral etc... and is projection important to you??
*
As long as masculine except gourmand... I don't want beast projection, longevity is priority

Currently looking at Fahrenheit and its flanker and Prada Amber, Amber Intense, Bvlgari Black

Bro... i think you wouldn't want... the color... i think changed jor a little... i guess... i remembered... used to be blue right??
*
Light Purple.. It smell like luxury baby talcum powder lol...

Test strips does not do any Fahrenheit justice... I sprayed all 3 Fahrenheit on both arms...

Ori - the floral dry down so damn nice
Aqua - Grapefruit dominate, abit like Bleu de Chanel
32 - Super sweet vanilla

Should I go for the classic Fahrenheit?

hahahahaha no laaa. it was a joke. well, it is true maybe in the States or Canada where the FragComm there labelled the original Fahrenheit as everybody's ex-boyfriend scent. but here in Malaysia, as we already know, everybody's ex-boyfriends smells nothing but Polo Blue

Fahrenheit Absolute? here in Malaysia,  YES. in Departmental Stores, most prolly not. just paid the Dior counter in ISETAN maybe a week back and I didn't see it. but I think I saw it elsewhere. maybe at a local discounter/ duty-free store
*
haha.... i like all the Fahrenheit lol, after bath, the scent still on my skin... However Aqua is the weakest amongst the 3... Dior girl told me 32 will be discontinued

one of the best designer oud and incense, only ysl vintage m7 beats this, not the new la collection m7 though,in terms of designer frags.you will like this if you like fahrenheit, but many will like this even if they hate fahrenheit.started off like fahrenheit but darker version, smoky and nice creamy, leathery scent.i got my bottle from a fellow member here, should be available locally
*
Hmm ic, left Absolute I haven't try... Hopefully can find it in Sephora...

I quite like the original and 32, super long lasting, more than 8hrs still can smell on my skin

Yup, the packing is quality smile.gif Even though it is not the one of the cheaper online retailer around... Will purchase from them if there are any bargain smile.gif

My Eau Extreme and Bleu de Chanel have to face a tough competition for my office scent

Prada. Dior. Chanel.

the 3 house that we really can't get their fragrance at a cheaper price than retail huh? are there any (designer) houses like them that I am not aware of? the pricier designers lol
*
Due to their tight distribution channel, especially Chanel... They want to standardise the selling price, Chanel at airport duty free zone is same price like i bought at Parkson.

U wont feel cheated in some sense (for example, buying a Bulgari thru online and retail, big different in price right?) and keep their branding strong plus their quality i have to agree is top notch.

Give your review on kenzo power

When i opened the box, immediately waste a spray on my hand... Surprisingly a very satisfied blind buy lol.. 99 for 60ml.. the main reason behind such emotional buying tat time was the bottle design itself smile.gif so chun, one of the nicest looking bottle around.

It has a slight creamy n sweet floral drydown, which is just ngam ngam masculine... opening we have the usual citrus smell but fade into a very nice calming floral scent, bit feminine then evolve into creamy sweet floral scent... which i like it more than Fluer Le Male

longevity 6+hrs on my hand, projection just nice, safe n inoffensive... ngam for office or should i say versatile... i gotten compliments immediately i spray on my hand smile.gif

Kenzo Power can be summarized as lighter dior homme minus the make up vibe. Floral n yet masculine, imagine a working guy with shirt n tie n cuff link smile.gif elegantly done.

What do u expect from Oliver Polge tongue.gif The name "Power" i think refers to how floral scent can be blend into such man and yet sexy...
