Hi everyone,
I was out at the mall looking around for a perfume for everyday casual use and the girl promoter there recommended Burberry Brit Men for me after hearing that I use Calvin Klein Eternity (not the Aqua version) previously for my casual perfume. How do you guys think about it? I am open to any input and suggestions from you all sifus here before I pull the trigger as I am new to perfume here, being only owned a bottle of CK Eternity before, which is an unwanted gift from the family.

Haha, it's okay. Sometimes it is hard to describe. Following recommendation from edwardleong, I have tried Burberry Brit, Dior Homme Sport, Bleu de Chanel, Chanel Allure Homme Sport and Chanel Allure Homme Sport Extreme (extra recommendation from the promoter). For Dior Homme Sport, Bleu de Chanel, Chanel Allure Homme Sport and Chanel Allure Homme Sport Extreme, they do have the citrus and fresh smell and I like it very much. However, Burberry Brit caught my attention the most, not sure why, maybe the rose note as mentioned by killdavid here.

Okay bro, if you like citrusy opening then go for unforgivable...  if you like sweet perfume go for mont blanc... Very difficult to recommend because different ppl have different liking...

Bro...  If you don't like A*men means you do not fancy sweet scent. Hmmm, if you like citrusy opening and dry down to a little woody/musky scent... try la nuit de l'homme.. the frozen cologne... i think it's quite good.. Good luck!

For me, i will always avoid fresher/citrusy scents for clubbing and drinking because i think i might need something more potent as my perfume might be clouded by smoke or alcohol scent as expected. My choice of perfume for these occasions will be no other than Musc Ravaguer by FM. Anyway, if you have a budget... i used to wear D&G Pour Homme.. It's quite good too... at least on me... you can give it a shot! Good luck!

ShinKen... personally im not a fan of cocoa... a tinge will not hurt but definitely not "giants"... Anyway, normally you can get some cocoa giants in fem perfume like Aquolina's Chocolovers... If you really wanna try the cocoa scent out with minimal damage.. (your wallet)... just get a lotion and body cream from body shop (cocoa butter).. and perhaps, you can share your thoughts

as a matter of fact, I am using palmer's cocoa butter as a body cream/ lotion.

I saw a tiny baby cockroach and I sprayed 6 sprays of Thierry Muggler's A*Men and it died

A note of caution, LIDGE is not exactly cocao dominant. I find the anise to be much stronger making the scent to be slightly sour. Personally I won't not wear such fragrance in Malaysian weather but if you're always in air conditioned room then can consider.

One thing to note, when going clubbing in asia especially, the ladies prefer fresh scent compare to gourmand bombs. Your chances of attracting the fancy of ladies are slightly higher. I find Bvlgari Aqua to be and excellent choice. Not the Marine flanker though, after sometime Marine smells like fish.
