hey guys... just bought my dv6001tx from Mobility Square @ Digitial Mall PJ and the first thing i did was run 3dmark06 on it... so here's the specs and results smile.gif


i7-2630QM, 8GB ram, ATI 6770M GPU

3Dmark06 , 1280x1024, no AA --> score: 10786

FYI the maximum temperature during the test was 76C

For how much and what else u get? hmm.gif hmm.gif

What is your CoolSense setting while u run the benchmark and did you set the power setting to High Performance?

Hey all pls comment on my dv6 temperature. This ss taken after playing nfs hot pursuit with cool sense set to performance for about 1hour time. On hp recommend power setting.

Your temperatures looking good. Try CPU+GPU intensive game like AC:Brotherhoot. tongue.gif

Bought it at mobility square pj itmall last saturday. RM3099+RM70 for 4gb RAM+RM120 for 3year carepack. Free hp office style bag ==
Will try black ops ltr.
Juz now finished left4dead 2 campaign but forget ss temp....
Btw any bloat ware that i shudnt remove for safety?? doh.gif

oops.. forgot to mention the price... rm3229 for dv6-6001tx and a 4GB ram upgrade... and the free hp bag of course smile.gif

coolsense is set to optimized mode.. and i din set the power option to high performance... (do i need to set that?? hmmm...)

and the reason i bought the 6001 instead of 6114 is because of the switchable graphics issue... smile.gif

try using rocket dock http://rocketdock.com/ to arrange ur desktop neatly. blush.gif

Hey, does anyone know where to find the invoice for my laptop purchased online?

Also, Synaptics Mousepad isn't auto-running itself whenever I boot. How do I enable it to auto-run during boot?

P.S My CyberLink YouCam problem solved itself. Literally. xD

U need to download rainmeter first blush.gif after that once u open up the hexa zip file, double click on it.
