Digi will also check your iPhone and will hopefully replace your iPhone. It will however take 7 days maybe ...

Hi everyone,
My dad's iPhone cannot access Message. After pressing the Message button at the lower tray, its shows empty at all except unresponsive "Compose" button and eventually close down by itself to front page.
May I know what is the culprit in this case and how to solve this problem?

Wanted to claim warranty for my iphone 4. LCD screen malfunction. Cannot press Q and left screen not sensitive.
Where is the best DiGi Center to claim warranty from experience?
On top of that, what do i need to bring for the warranty card (except the phone and warranty card). do i need to bring the box with charger and earphone as well?)

Thanks try to go to DIGI in TIMES SQUARE...normally they took around 7 days to give u the new replacement set... no need to bring the box and the charger...just bring ur i/c coz they will referred to ur i/c, iphone and the privilege card...try to ask them to help u get the new replacement unit faster...give them a good reason for that...hehe...  |
