Hi, wanna ask few questions..

1) If I bought a 2nd hand iPhone 5(DiGi set), how can I claim the warranty? Just bring the phone and the card to DiGi service center?

2) If I signed up for iDiGi plan, can I use the iDiGi line on other phone like Samsung, HTC and so on?

iDigi plan can use on other phone,so far digi not restirct to iPhone only as you still paying for the service.

Digi started to simply apply hidden charge ady, 100% sure no SMS no call, but the unbill amount secretly increase, happen to 2 of my friends also

I log in the PC Digi OCS thinking it's just a glitch with the system, but hmm.. it still says i have only used 50mb of data whe yesterday it was around 400mb.. And I added all my calls (12 minutes 39 secs) and texts (96) and yea, I haven't exceeded their "free quota".. My billing period now is supposed to be 16 Dec-15 Jan right? Is this some strange pro rate system charging us?

Just checked out my bill item, found out I had made international call....???? Can someone explain this to me? As far am concerned am didnt make any international call.

ya just bring the warranty , some said have to bring the owner as well but I tried to claim last time ip4s that wasn't register under my name , and success , the DIGI just looked at the warranty n get claim

Hello Digi user, I got some questions here and really wish someone will help me to clear some cloud of grey here.

Last April, I subscribed to IPhone 4S thru Digi Centre at Times Square. I took the 2 years + rm55 plan (or so, not remember which plan actually.). Now, I will like to change to IPhone 5. And I think I am going to buy it from Apple Store.

So the questions are,
1. If I change to 5, can I still use the same number? Provided that it is possible to change my sim card to a nano sim?

2. What will happen to my contract? Should I pay any reimbursement?

3. This is a noob question but if I sell my 4s thru LYN, what else should I do other than clearing all the data, contacts and etc?

1. If you buying i5 outright, yes can use same number. Need to change or cut the SIM card to nano size.

2. Since you only changing phone, it doesn't break your contract. Hence, no penalty fee.

There is only 1 digi center in seremban, and I believd there are closed for tmrw. As for other digi authorised dealers, I'm not too sure whether they have stock or not. There is one in Jusco S2.
