sunway pyramid digi staff told my boyfriend he cannot walk in and buy on 14th(with plan) as stocks will only be available in digi stores in a few weeks time.. they said he can only preorder online (which he can't do because he wants to convert pre to post). anyone have other news? i find it impossible that digi won't have stock on the actual launching day because they are also losing on customers who wanna do EPP from other banks, or prepaid to postpaid users. he went in to ask if he can reserve units on 14th or is it first come first serve, to be greeted with this answer that they won't be selling AT ALL on 14th.

yea, the digi staff told me, penang has the most stock in malaysia!

i went to work for digi part time today and the digi staff was there that's what she said "if you want buy iphone without worries go penang buy la.. penang got most stock".. Kuching only got 3 centres selling, the main mall only 200, one more mall's outlet got 20 only and another centre got 50.

hi if you're in kuching, there will be a midnight launch at Spring for iphone5. there will be 200 untis available if you want go Boulevard there will be 20. Digi Centre at Satok got 50.

according to sunway pyramid staff, stocks will only arrive in minimum one month after preorder == because the number of preorders exceeded expectations so it took up a lot of the ready stock digi have for iphone so there will be no stock available for purchase outright from digi on launch day other than preorder.. but if you guys got any info which digi store has stock please tell me also because maybe the staff simply say

will be working for Spring midnight launch xD see you there if you're going. but i'm getting mine from Boulevard store. Because I work at Boulevard so i will just go buy it during lunch hours i've already reserved mine with the guy at the Boulevard Digi Store, if you're free can drop by and drop your name and contact number too

lots of friends mums work in digi! plus im working for midnight launch on thursday! now i'm helping my bf in subang find out if it's possible to buy it. I called Digi CS, they said just try your luck because most outlets carry preorder stock, if got leftover then they will sell to you. I don't really get it, but he told me yes what the Sunway staff was true in that don't get your hopes up, you want confirm got stock buy need wait 1 month.

DiGi told me need wait 24 hours to activate internet since i am prepaid to postpaid.. I bought at 11, sim card activated at 1, but when i received it immediately got 3G already.. no 24-hour wait!

I got my iPhone on 14th december, with rm10 credit still in when i convert pre to post.

Now i check my billing, it says I have outstanding -18.96 (which means Digi owes me 18.96) and unbilled 2.59, but i'm quite confused. It said billing cycle was from 16Nov-15Dec, and starting on 16Dec onward is my new billing cycle. So for 14-15Dec how is my billing calculated? I'm not familiar with the pro-rate thing. Can someone care to explain?

yes it is possible to convert from Maxis to Digi without changing numbers

depends, sometimes might need to wait for activation. the most also 12 hours? don't go at like 5pm cause then will wait next day baru they will key in for you.

Got call to ask? In Digi app also my usage was 0.4 gb now it's only 0.05 lol

I log in the PC Digi OCS thinking it's just a glitch with the system, but hmm.. it still says i have only used 50mb of data whe yesterday it was around 400mb.. And I added all my calls (12 minutes 39 secs) and texts (96) and yea, I haven't exceeded their "free quota".. My billing period now is supposed to be 16 Dec-15 Jan right? Is this some strange pro rate system charging us?
