How to get coupon code?

sunway pyramid digi staff told my boyfriend he cannot walk in and buy on 14th(with plan) as stocks will only be available in digi stores in a few weeks time.. they said he can only preorder online (which he can't do because he wants to convert pre to post). anyone have other news? i find it impossible that digi won't have stock on the actual launching day because they are also losing on customers who wanna do EPP from other banks, or prepaid to postpaid users. he went in to ask if he can reserve units on 14th or is it first come first serve, to be greeted with this answer that they won't be selling AT ALL on 14th.

anyone attended last year's digi SOHO KL launched?? those that came early can only collect the phone at wat time??

If this true i gonna run to M ady, what a b**** DIGI LOL !!! but just now i call to digi, they said i can get it on 14, i said i from penang, then he say i can go for pulau tikus / seberang perai there... HAHAHA !!

They really fail in communication or their head dont know pass order or dont educate them well, just now i went into a DIGI store, i ask the person,
I can get iphone5 on this coming friday? He showing me blurr face, after few second he say, iphone5 reach here on friday, and we will sell it on saturday...
I was like WTF? HAHAHA !!
Then i called go CS and they said i can get on digi shop on Penang on 14dec =.=

I think DIGI have too much of unprofessional training for their staff especially part timer, like the staff stand there - u stand n smile, nothing much else they know 2 do , even if u wanna enquire more about the plan , the staff will like ok ok wait, i check first.

what is coupon email what is 2nd year warranty, i dont get it...

Digi has sent out coupon code to their selected customers.. If u use this code to preorder u will get extended warranty for the 2nd year for free..

I've asked DiGi through facebook and this is their reply:

' Hi, If you pre-order before or on the 11th - you will receive it on Dec 14. Stock will be allocated to DiGi stores but it may be limited. '

i feel digi store, depend on who take care the staff,
Some really make sure they know everything.
Some dun care.
in Penang, i purchase my iPhone 4 at Seberang Jaya digi store.
So far i feel Digi still good, i try other telco also, the credit seem use more on other telco.
So far i din facing any problem with digi customer service.
My choice is always want cheaper plan for my iPhone.
Every telco got pros and cons.
Depend on individual need.

i went to work for digi part time today and the digi staff was there that's what she said "if you want buy iphone without worries go penang buy la.. penang got most stock".. Kuching only got 3 centres selling, the main mall only 200, one more mall's outlet got 20 only and another centre got 50.

WOW !!! I am going to queue an hour earlier to get 32GB black from PENANG !! If 14dec they dont have stock i will run go M HAHAHAHA

why u guys choose DiGi ? I heard yes, I heard..... some say DiGi not good..... while blue telco and green telco are better....

It's depends on the personal preference as well as recommendation and analysis from the forumer and blogger

I wanted to take up maxis, but due to all my friends and gf were using digi, and i dont wanna pay too much extra for sms them, so i has to choose digi =)
