Just wanna share my sudden bill shock i had with digi recently.. so I've been usign my ip since oct last year, thats abt 9 months.. i subscribed to idigi 88 and my bill was ranging fr rm63-80 all the while but suddenly last month it doubled up to rm153 with normal everyday usage, I was so shocked and once the itemised billing was out i noticed that there was 23 items of 'value added sevices' in the form of sms to no 22040 which costed rm4/sms totalling up to rm92.. shocking.gif

I went to digi centre in Bukit Tinggi and told the fellar who's giving numbers to customers that i want to enquire abt my bill.. then he said reagrding bill enquiries I had to use the phone in the store instead.. (wth I drove all the way to a digi centre but in the end i had to talk thru the phone shakehead.gif )

So, he walked me to a phone booth in the store and connected to a person who's incharge of billing i guess... I asked him bout the 'value added sevices' thingy that costed me rm92, he told me that its charged fr a 3rd party app and he(digi) doesn't know anything abt the service bcoz its a 3rd party app but weird thing is knows how to unsubscribe fr the service.. hmm.gif i asked him how to stop it he then told me to send 'stop all' to 33391..

Until today i still dont know how i subscribed to the service and if its fr a 3rd party app which app was that? I have like 70 apps in my phone right now.. anyhow i hope this month's bill will be back to normal.. rolleyes.gif

exactly like my case..digi said they dont know anything bout it..but it appeared on the statement fr DIGI ITSELF..that means we're paying DIRECTLY TO THEM not the 3rd party..shouldn't they suppose to know sumthing bout it at least..they should be responsible of what is written on THEIR STATEMENT..if not it will be like daylight robbery..taking other ppl's money without knowing what it is for..when i asked what is the service abt they just asnwer 'WE DONT KNOW'..luckily they do know how to stop it..DAMN ALL THESE TELCOS.. mad.gif

it will be charged based on standard international charges la of course.. and i'm pretty sure it'll cost u a fortune.. rclxub.gif not sure how much exactly..why dont u use any VOIP services like Viber..definitely FOC for idigi users..

Anyone had successfully pre ordered using digi reward coupon code?
My transaction status is still pending although i have confirmed with my bank tht the transaction was indeed successful
But still no e-receipt email from digi..

Did u give the correct email add? It took around 1H for me to receive my e-receipt email last night, so I guess their system is jammed pack with so many purchases i supposed.. Just wait for 24H, if still havent got after 24H then call the cs..

Digi has sent out coupon code to their selected customers.. If u use this code to preorder u will get extended warranty for the 2nd year for free.. smile.gif

Yup, digi purchase status really suck !! Whats the point of having the purchase status system if u dont update it??
I demand for the consignment no from the cs but they just tell me to wait for the delivery

Anyway my previous phone simcard was deactivated even before i got my new iphone huhu..
Luckily it arrived today yeahuu..
If not I dont have any simcard to use if the phone does not arrive today..

Is yours a new no? Mine is an existing no and my existing simcard was deactivated even before I got my new phone and simcard..
And when i switch on the phone with the new simcard it already showing network connection..
Didnt have to call to activate my new simcard..

Im in sarawak, preordered online on the 7th and received my phone in the afternoon today.. new simcard was still intact in the parcel.. detached it and inserted it in the phone and found that the network is automatically detected and working.. smile.gif Maybe the cs straigtaway activate my new simcard when i called them earlier today to ask for the consignment no before my phone was delivered..

Where r u at? If in klang valley 2mbps is considered fast edi for digi, most ppl in klang valley only managed to get average 1mbps, shudve jump ship to maxis if u want fast 3g internet connection.

Thats y maxis stocks are hard to get, ppl now are all looking for maxis set, they got gud internet connection n they dont charge u for exceeding ur internet quota anymore.
