the price for iphone itself - Maxis/Celcom are the cheapest.

the plan itself - Digi will be better choice but coverage is not as good as Maxis/Celcom if you are outside klang valley.

Bro ...
Read clearly pls ..
Personal 2 cents Advice:-
But if really buy Celcom or Maxis 12Months Iphone..
Better go for 24Months

24Months Plan = Warranty 24Months
12Months Plan = Warranty 12Months

For Digi Plan 24Months = 12Months Warranty
For Maxis Plan 24Months = 24 Months Warranty
For Celcom Plan 24Months = 24 Months Warranty
*
im sorry. i saw it doh.gif
maxis offer 24 months warranty for 24months contract~

Digi's plan price is affordable compared to others. Celcom is not bad considering they give 6000 minutes free calls to same network. Its an advantage for those who have alot of celcom friends or else it wouldnt be so attractive.

Yes, this point i agree. most of my fren using maxis / digi. so the 6000m for me is like nothing... but still the startup cost is cheaper the digi and at least i can choose 1/2 years contract...

Hmm depends on ur area. Sometimes it goes extremely fast. Anyways even if maxis dont have bill shock also i will try to avoid it since sms to other operator cost 10cent. Digi u wouldnt have bill shock and also at least 200 first sms would be free to all operator. To me the internet speed doesnt matter...as long as my bill is steady for the whole 2 years.

tat is incorrect bro, its rm63 for both data and call plan wink.gif
using it now almost 9 mths, never once reach my data limit n exceed my billing doh.gif
*
after seeing this i called digi to clarify this and they told me the same thing

1. RM63 is solely for data usage
2. Your call will be charge differently and depend on how much you use
3. IF your call amount reached RM32 there will give you 25% discount on the RM63 data charges meaning RM63 + RM(whatever you call or sms ).

yeah...i also just call them to clarify this...n they told me...the unbilled amount which we can check thru *128*1*1# is stated the total usage(call/sms/mms) for example...if ur unbilled amount is rm25, this is only the total credit that u used, digi will calculate on each month whether u have exceed any of the free quota which is given to u(200 sms/200min call/20mms) so for example if u have exceed 200 free sms quota let say 250 sms, 50 sms that u used will be charge rm0.10 per sms n total of ur bill will be like this :

50sms(50 x rm0.10)--> RM5 + RM63 + 6% gov tax : RM72.08

so hope u all understand with my explaination thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

yeah dude thanks for the clarification. I would like to add the explanation you have above is only for idigi plan ( iphone plan ) and it is not applicable to digiSmartphone plan. I think i get over confused by this 2 plan. When i was calling digi earlier i told them i was looking for HTC sensation and that is why they told me RM63 is solely for data.

Meaning it is more worth it to get idigi plan tongue.gif
