Did you spent at 1 Utama during the promo period : 28-March to 8 April ?
Normally, the additional 15% rebate given after a few weeks later.

Terms & Conditions

Qualifying spend for this Campaign shall include local and international retail and online
purchases; Installment Payment Plans; Balance Transfers and Flexi-Credit Plans; Recurring
payments and UOBM internet transactions (“Qualifying Spend”). International transactions for
the calculation of qualifying criteria are after conversion to Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and shall be
based on UOBM’s transaction records only within the Campaign Period.

TIPS: For those with New-to-Bank applicants can immediately do a large BT in order to win the Camera (if you are lucky).

As your statement Balance is not ZERO, there would be Finance charges.
Call the UOB CS to assist or even waive the Finance Charges

The RM200 is called PRE-authorisation amount when you swipe at the petrol pump....
After the transaction is posted, the RM200 will be release back to your Credit Limit.
Nothing to be worried about.... it will happen every swipe at Petrol Pump

I will cancel this UOB ONE Card because of the STUPID 60 swipe rules....
Each year I can only achieve 52 swipes for Petrol smile.gif

You perform IBG from Maybank2U to UOB CC number... Normal charges is RM2 per transaction
