so, u guys think the One Card is the best rebate card in the market right now? On an overall basis, I mean.....

thks for the info, i did not look at the first page, but i went through the t&c from uob site.
but they did not mention card preference and qualifications(to lower).
i wanted a petrol card only, so dont need the plat. no difference actually. who would have wanted to pay extra annual fees when there are free ones available (not ONE card)

just reach 1 year annivesary with my UOB ONE Card, anyone managed to get waiver for GST?

I guess UOB wlll most probably waive it, but the point is why come out with this ridiculous policy which causes in convenience to the cardholders that settle in full monthly and also use up the customer service resources. For those who have installment plans and outstanding balances, they don't won't waive also cannot do anything.

They should offer a more attrative CC if wanna close the relationship with customer.

but we always pay very prompt and fully utilize the rebates, still revenue to them?

I just got my UOB Preferred Platinum and utmost disappointed with it after I get to know there's no more free entry to KLIA / LCCT lounge from this forum.

However, I called their CS, and they informed me the following:

- RM50 cash back after swiped 3 times.
- first two years annual fee is waived.

anyone can validate this?

I just got my UOB ONE card & called their CS today. According to that lady, I need to swipes 3 transaction within 60 days & I am entitle to waive the GST. And for the annual fees, the first 2 years annual fees is waived automatically without any condition attached. =D

oh so the 60 swipes thingy no longer needed.

eh, since when the UOB ONE classic cards' petrol rebate capped to RM400(max rebate RM20)? All the while my petrol rebate is RM20+ per month, this month received statement only have RM20, called CS then they said mine is classic card, so maximum rebate is RM20. zzzz

is UOB pay online and UOB personal internet banking using the same login?
