What is life's true purpose?

After entering university, life ends.

You work and study hard, then after you graduate you enter the workforce and still, you have to work long hours until you retire.

In my opinion, I can only find one purpose - to attain a higher spiritual being (assuming there exists a higher realm than our realm).

What are your thoughts about this?

Where are we going? How do we know. What we think we know?
Why do we believe anything at all?

Countless questions in search of an answer……..
An answer that will give rise to a new question…..
And the next answer will give rise to the next question and so on….
But, in the end, isn't it always the same question?
And always the same answer?

Here is my view: Life is not how many candy u can grab. Is about how many shits/ hits u can eat. In the progress of "eating", wat can u learn about it, experince it & go tru it. Only yourself know about it.

人生充满争议性, 谁对谁错，谁胜谁负都不重要。 重要的是懂得学习，容忍，包容，体会，珍惜，放下 与 自足。人生其实是一堂旅途, 成败得失并不重要，重要的是过程中学会什么... 笑看人生......

It is an unanswerable question before we know who or what created us, if you say god, then did god destined your daughter to be raise as victim of rape and killed? If you are born a blind or handicap, down syndrome, why god want to punish you and your family? If those are Karma, is it fair that you being punish don't even know what your previous life did wrong?

There is no god, only the creator that made us by intention or not. That is why Stephan Hawkins says our existence don't require god's intervention.

Life has no purpose, the moment you do something for others and to yourself manifest a purpose be it long term or short. So you can create many purposes, you work long hours is because you need the money to exchange with everything, the work's purpose is to enrich the boss or serve the community, when you have food & shelter, you spend that little bit of personal time do excel from repeating the same working cycle under somebody's standard.

When you understand what you can do and how, you decide how you want to live a life, if you adopted a believe and think ordinary, your purpose is to serve others. I have lived 43 years to know what I am and what I want for the rest of my life.

In matrix term, we are living because we generate so much power for the machines through our brain.
But I think it's for survivor.

So, in matrix term, the adrenalin of raping and being rape and killed must have booted more electric power loh? But then it must have reduced the power generation from those who morn or it too is just to create activity for the brain? Like I said, if you believe in something, your purpose is served, that is why stupid people get scammed.

Everyone got their own purpose while living their life on earth. Whether they found out whats their true purpose is another matter. I think if you can get in touch with real you, i yhink you find out what you are looking for

There is no purpose to life. Life exists because of probability. There are infinite number of universes . Some have no life forms, some have different kind of life forms. Our universe is one which supported intelligent life forms such as you and me. And because we existed in this universe we ask this type of questions. There are multitude of other universes where no one is around to ask the question. You think this universe is special because human are able to think and ask why we exists. So I repeat, there is no purpose to life. This just my own pet theory feel free to argue it.

Ruling out the probability of alien lifeform existence altogether?

If you read TS opening topic carefully, he is asking the purpose of life. Whether aliens exists or not is irrelevant to the topic.

We exist because of what we did previously.Until the day we are perfect , we will continue to exist whether we like it or not.

When we live we create a momentum that keeps pushing us to the next existence until we truly realise what it is all about.Then we will no longer
exist nor extinguished

Everyone of us are unique and born with a special "gift" and given a purpose of life.
We can choose to use the "gift" to help and add value to other people life and make it a better world.

Many people are successful in term of career, power and get all what they want, but yet they still feel lack of inner peace, this is because they tend to ignore the spiritual satisfaction.

When you have the chance and power to help other , do it so

from biological point of view , the purpose of life is to survive and make more babies

Its a test to find those deserving of heaven in the afterlife...

U are born to be part of this system. U are born to pay tax. U are born to serve as employee. U are born to pay the world debt!!!!

IF u can escape from debt in current life, then u might find other purposes of life. Until then, your purpose of life is just to pay debt.

the purpose of life, is simply the pursuit of happiness. =D

better watch "To Live" 1994 by Ge Yu & Gong Li. Then u know the true meaning of it.

The purpose of life is to continue.
By continuously passing down on our essence to new lifeforms, the "life" in us lives on forever.
