No it shall not be affected by weather. If it happens, then there's something wrong with the signal strength levels, or some other technical issues.
Inform your building management about it, or you just use a indoor antenna instead of connecting to the wall antenna port of the building.
*
But I saw some one commented, in the previous posts that the quality of DTT is affected by weather.

Can use same antenna ?. Anttena splitter ?

Thank you
*
I think can not unless you want both tv receive the same channel? Or you just need to extend one cable from decoder to the second TV?

Can. I've tried this, but it will degrade the strength of the digital signal somewhat. Shouldn't be a problem if where you live the signal is strong.

Was it two decoder and tuned in different channels?

I live nearby transmitter too. I use cheap rm2 antenna but kena marah by someone in this thread. Says I'm cheapskate buy expensive TV can but cannot buy better antenna. Lol
*
37e antenna which costs around RM100 in shopee would be my only choice if the nearby transmitter does not operate. If it is operating, I would be like you to buy a cheap antenna unless I want a super good 4k quality video. But i doubt mytv would channel such super high bitrate at the moment. So, I agree with you

i think our crappy broadband by TM can't handle such heavy traffic. imagine the whole nation streaming at 4K... you wouldn't want that.
in my area, whenever microsoft launches a windows update, the whole neighborhood internet will slow to a crawl.
*
Unless everyone has UHD TV but most people use full HD TV which support up to 1080p at max. We don't worry about streaming speed as TNB broadband has reach more than 900mbps (in trial state), TM and TNB can cooperate in the future. Actually I doubt those HD channels provide 1080p quality, cause 720 is also called HD.

Possibly because there's no QC on their side.

Still remember when transmitters are shutdown, there was no official explanation until when people Twitter to YB Gobind then only actions were taken. The same scenario happens now.

hi, just bought a new tv but i cant search for digital signal , do i have to change my antenna to watch digital tv ?

my current position is 20km away from my house, if i have to buy antenna, can i buy indoor one because it is hassel to change the rooftop antenna
*
Indoor antenna will do but preferable outdoor antenna for better signal reception. Indoor antenna is usually much cheaper price than outdoor. Even if your location is near to tower but with many obstacles which blocking signals, you will still receive poor signal. Maybe you can buy an outdoor antenna and place inside the house or somewhere near to window temporarily and install it later when free.

Hi,
Is it hard to install the outdoor antenna by DIY? Asked the installer, he will charge rm180 just for installation. Seems expensive.
*
The charge includes or excludes cable? 1 meter Rg6 coaxial cable is around RM1. 20. Connectors is about RM1 each. If climb up to rooftop, that is another charge around RM50-RM80. Install antenna holder - if you don't have existing holder, that is another charge.

If you have complete equipment (cable, connector, antenna holder), the installation fee is RM20-RM50.

If wiring through ceiling, that is different charge too.

hi, what is the best antenna now? i want to terminated my astro. currently only using build in antenna from our building.

Indoor antenna is for location near to transmission tower, however if there are many of blockages, outdoor antenna is preferable. If signal is strong, no atenna is needed. Test with decorder, if can receive signal, indoor antenna is good enough.
