for the 3m water filter, i have ask around at my home town, they all jst sell only, does not include installation.. is it difficult to install DIY?
*
What Model?

For indoor like mine, you need a T, (one maybe two) male to male 1/2" thread. A place to put the water tap (come with the filter)

But you need to be good in water / pipe work too. Is not hard.

Of course drill to mount the two cartridges, and to make 1/4 hole to mount the tap.

With the property price going up up up , the renovation kinda pays for itself.
The only major issue is that when we pay for renovation ..... pain !!!  cry.gif
*
That is the pain.

If full load single phase won't exceed 63A, just hantam only lah. Won't cause you anything. smile.gif

Change to 3phase won't have much benifit to us. Got to pay somemore.
*
63A, hantam once a while is ok. But for long period of time it going to cost me too a lot.

Yup , No running away problem type maid.    drool.gif
With so many brands in the market, what attracted you to this one? blink.gif
*
I got it direct from US, is a new model and not even Singapore have it. The unit itself is much cheaper than other local brand in Malaysia. This is also the most advance unit irobot release as of Aug 2011 (Model is 780). I added other spare parts / accessories like extra broom, and container. All in about USD 700 (about 2.1k RM) Still much cheaper than many brand in Malaysia.

where do u buy the sofa from?
*
From Even Sofa. All I can say they very professional not like the stupid Casarano. Even the driver came on time, and even can come much earlier than promised date. And come with 5 years warranty card.

http://www.evensofa.com.my/

Think I will get a single seat sofa from them too.

Hehe.. every time we say maid, mind set is "her" mah.

I was thinking maybe next model Roomba can make the machine to have "get kick and start work" function. Like every morning before going to office, I go kick the roomba and it start working. Can help me to de-stress biggrin.gif

I went to Innofloor 2 weeks back but they were close on weekend...tot of going to see some samples and budgeting.
*
Thanks for the complement. Actually I made a mistake making the floor too dark, and gloss. Very easy see stain especially now with my neighbor renovating. Hack, is something i wanted to do the first time I see it with my own eye in US.

Mine showing some photos of how the stain is caused by your neighbours?
*
Not actually a permanent stain, is like water stain, and mud water stain. Just got to wash the floor loh.

Added on December 22, 2011, 10:11 amBTW, you you want alternative flooring for internal house. Can try concrete polish. Is super nice. This have to compliment with large area of windows. If not internal house will be dark.

Bro, your house looks darn good. Congrats! Mind sharing your autogate contact and why did you chose the particular model? Im looking for autogate supply for my 14ft gate folding gate. Hope you don't mind sharing. TQ.
*
Thank you.

I have no specif brand in mind. As long can get spare parts, and open close for my gate good, also reasonable quality. OAE is just a local brand, it too copy some Italy made.

Bro, the postal thing cost u how much? damn like it man, u have a good taste for all the things, leng~
*
Got it at Home Fix, RM 399.00, I wanted to use the "US stand postal" but can't find it here in Malaysia (simple design). So choose this one.

Some online hardware shop (Malaysia) also have it.

Cool looking Post Box  thumbup.gif
The back of the postbox, is there a hole connecting it that can provide access to all the letters from the inside?
Is the hole big?  blink.gif
*
No lah, all in front. No connecting behind. Reason I choose external is to have smaller gate pillar.
