I use this man called Ah Heng for my 3 houses. Fully recommended as I recommended to other customers in Taman Puncak Jalil and all of them praise his work and responsible. You can him at 019-5187499 and mentioned Ah Soon TPJ recommended. You would not doubt his work as I personally select the best contractor for each construction job. I have been into construction for my 3 houses which I evaluate each performance contractors. For those lousy job I black list them. I only keep 1 or 2 contractors for each specialised construction Job.

I have contact for each specialise construction job as follow

1.) Tiling 2 contractors
2.) Wall Skimming, Painting, and structure 2 contractors
3.) Electrical 1 Contractor
4.)Plumbling 2 contractors
5.)Window and Glass work 1 contractor
6.)Grille, main gate, Roofing (Metal/Poly) 2 contractors

I embarking with my 4th housing renovation in couple of year future and Based on Contractor listing I sure can save RM 50k and best quality work compare to other contractors that I never use before. Best of all my listing are all local Chinese sifus rclxms.gif

What do you think of Johnson Suisse's bath accessories?

Feels solid with good design. Quite new to the market though.

Been to big bath previously when I was looking for bidet and kitchen taps.
They have a good range of Teka items.
I remember they carry bathroom accessories but dunno what brand.
Quite limited compared to Sorento and Rubine so they did not come to mind when I thought of bathroom accessories. whistling.gif

Tora is the brand....expensive type....for me

Updates: Magnetic Insect Screen

Earlier I mentioned that I went looking to install Magnetic System Insect screen to some of my widows.
Finally got it done. rclxms.gif
Wanted to record down the whole process and share here but was unable as I was busy working that day.
My wife supervised the installation but she is not interested in the "process" just the "result". wink.gif

Went back later and I like the overall result. thumbup.gif
Before, I kept the windows mostly shut to prevent insect/mosquito from coming in.
Nowadays, open most of the time to allow good ventilation.
Below are some before and after picture of one of the windows that I installed the Insect screen.

user posted imageuser posted image

I might not be able to show the process but I mentioned earlier that, to DIY the installation,
there are refinements/details that most DIY guys wont think of. hmm.gif

With these pictures below, I wish to illustrate what I mean.

Aluminium Strip - This is added to the grille where
1) there is no grille lines at the location on the window where you want to seperate the insect screen panels.
2) the existing grille line are not thick enough to provide the backing for the insect screen PVC strip to latch on.

user posted imageuser posted image

Minute adjustment to the PVC strip to conform to the grille area where there is a bump or latch.

Now - I challenge any mosquito to penetrate my insect screen tongue.gif

Renovation Updates:- Grill Installation

My Huge ass grill arrives and is installed

1st Floor Grill Installation,

user posted imageuser posted image

Getting the grill up the 1st floor has a very interesting back story.
I was actually reminded by my mattress supplier that  I need space to move my mattress up the stairs, that is why the stairs was re-renovated earlier. rclxub.gif
When the top floor grill initially arrived, it had to be taken back and re-modified to 2 piece to enable it to be moved up as the initial 1 piece design was just too darn big, even for my handle-less stairs. shakehead.gif
Thus the grill was installed 2 days apart.  nod.gif

The result  laugh.gif
