All I know now speed is stupid slow

I think you should be proud with that kind of speed so far. Here I let you see my BB 2Mbps speed via TM Speedometer.

i not happy at all...i paid for premium speed...not half or etc...'

every month i paid to get maximum speed...download only can reach 160kbps...before this 220-250kbps very easy...

I understand your hard feeling, everyday I am vomiting blood to stream a video tutorial from Microsoft, YouTube, or even playing some international Online games.
The main problem is TM doesn't have any healthy competitor, he monopolized the entire market. If more of ISP available for Malaysia, every ISP will do their best on service to attract more customer.
Stupid government policy is the main problem of preventing the growth of Malaysian networking and Technology.

FYI, before this my download speed could reach easily to 220kbps. Now, the download does not even reach 11kbps, I have been suffering long from the connection throttling.
I wish that TIMES broadband is available in my area which is not.

You're on a 1Mbps package right ? So getting 120KBytes is the expected speed (1000 bits / 8, theoretical max 125Kbytes/s)

yeah..im 1mbps user....how come 120kbps only?
before this easy to get 220kbps as maintain there..now,,190kbps pon susah..

operator said to me,he had adjust to 1.5mbps to all streamyx 1mbps user package...so totally i can get speed more than 120kbps right?
nvmnd lah...among 5 years using streamyx,i hav know there trick la..capping n keep capping...slow for a month...then back to normal again..then slow again..

if i hav choice to change another better ISP than this,i will...

hopeless..want to do quick business affected everyday..
