Ei.
If the car write off the insurance agent dun allow my dad to take any parts.
How>?
*
Who says cannot?

First of all you need to kaotim with the bengkel and must bring replacement parts. Exp: taking out the meter, you need to bring another similar meter wink.gif

Normally what ppl do is they just take out the performance parts and replace it with stock parts...

That's the reason why i want the meter and aircond vent hole only coz im using LMST as well.

If you dont do it, other bengkel people sure will sapu your bro car parts....

Hi, may I know whether the Proton Iswara LMST 2005 is equipped with Light Monitor System? Mean there will be a continuous buzzer sound when the headlights are turned on while engine is off.
*
Not sure bout the latest model meter (no blue light)...

But the 2004 model do have the rev limiter light (activate @ 7k), buzzer sound when overheating and light is switch on when key has been taken out..

is there any price and workmanship diff if

1. i buy the header at powerzone and make the full exhaust system there.
2. i buy the header at powerzone and get the piping fix at other exhaust shop.
*
As we discussed before, just try to source for 2nd PZ extractor which gonna cost around RM200-250. Just ensure there is no crack or additional welding (means got crack before)...

Then 1.7 full piping size (crushed bend) would be around RM170-200.

Mandrel bend is around RM400 sweat.gif

If PZ offer mandrel bend pipes then it's worth it...if normal crushed bend, any ah seng, ah beng shop would do....

Go google what is the diff between mandrel and crushed bend..

However i dont think PZ offer mandrel bend piping..

LOL! not yet la.. few weeks ago i called them up, they said its mandrel bent.
*
Sure or not? Do you know how to differentiate betweel mandrel and crushed? I think it's the extractor only not the whole piping....extractor should be mandrel bend especially those branded ones.

engine oil decreased maybe due to your valve seal kaput already.. exhaust got white smoke? i experienced once before, engine oil keep decreasing. need to topup often. exhaust also emitting white smoke. after changed new valve seal, problem solved. so happy~
*
Common problem with our engine la...some more if you are a high revver...

As long your semi engine oil can last to 5k after top up is more than good enough.

You don't want your oil to evaporate so fast? Use 50w series oil...that will last you long...malas to elaborate but i used full syn oil on my car and change every 5k due to fast evaporation. But when i used Mobil 1 full syn 5-50w, can last till 7k brows.gif

Only thing bout 50w oil is a bit heavier, so you will feel your engine hard to rev...but still feel smoother for Mobil 1 oil smile.gif

And as for LCP, trust me it will only help you to achieve better mileage when switching on aircond as it lessen the compressor load at least 90% (for undersized LCP)

I think Under5 gave better package (definitely more than 4 runs) till you satisfied. Around that price as well...

Wow notoriez so cheap ah? During early 2007, I still remembered being charged for almost RM300++ only for painting the bumper + driver side fender. Paint only. Haiz....
@piecereborn: try checking your door hinges, or your rear seat lock behind the seat. Usually if bunyi tikus caused by that lock behind the seat. Wrap it with some rubber tape then that should be fine.

they are the best
bar if installed high speed run will be more stable and ur steering will be more pricise
*
depends on what BAR being installed...

just to let u guys know, for our cars the front strut bar is utter useless whistling.gif why? our chassis is too lembik...just for decoration purposes...

Just get side bar, fender and anti roll bar..this would satisfy most Saga/Iswara owners..

Total costs? Side Bar - RM300 with installation, Fender - RM250 with installation and anti roll bar - RM300 with installation @ UR coz need welding

But with good suspension, chassis strengthening bars and tyres would really make our cars STABLE @ 200km/h...seriously like driving heavier sedan cars like Persona biggrin.gif

Also, anyone happen to know how to remove the side mirror? My side mirror broke off and just bought replacement 3rd party side mirror but have no idea how to remove the old one.... thanks!!
*
Go to SagaIswaraClub (SIC) website and try your luck there looking for 2nd ones...if not most, majority kaki Fiore so the behind part kasi scrap only...

And it's quite easy to remove the side mirrors...kasi bukak few screws...kaotim...

I am using Michelin PS3...so how? And i know how to differentiate between wind noise and tyre noise..

My car almost quiet when crusing below 100km/h. but upon reaching the speed, no need to say la...much more louder on driver side. Maybe because i crashed twice on the right side before...

As for squeaking noise, just find the root cause and tighten the screws, spray WD40
