Hi Notoriez,

I also think that it is on the high side. Aih, hard to find honest workshops nowadays. Any good ones to recommend? I need to change quite a few more things.

Even if it is PJ or shah alam it's ok. I'm willing to travel.

Added on September 17, 2011, 11:17 pm

haha, ok. thanks. thinking of getting it from some forummer. but dont know where to get it fixed. so far, all the workshops i go to, all cut throat one.
*
I have been to few workshop around PJ/Shah Alam area and i can recommend few..

Normally nowadays i'll frequent JC Performance Racing @ Kelana Jaya there. Near to the church. Don't get fooled by it's name or super expensive cars that are being serviced there. They will entertain any cars that comes in to the workshop as long u dun lansi them la..Their staffs are quite knowledgeable and workmanship is quite good. Price is also surprisingly not expensive..

You may ask them to check first and ask for quotation as well.

One of our forummer here is actually a mechanic. Sinister Sid. He works @ USJ there. Can try to look for him as well.

Guys, want to ask regarding my car as the picture below.
[attachmentid=2442810] (Driver Side)
[attachmentid=2442811] (Passenger Side)
Does anyone/sifu know why is the passenger side tyre is like more offset or "terkeluar" ? You can really see that the passenger side tyre is more coming out. It is very obvious.  This is the front passenger side tyre. Rear both tyres are okay.

I think that the driver side tyre is okay but there's like some problem with the passenger side tyre. Anyone has had this problem or know why is it like this? Is it the CHASSIS bengkok ? The salesman who sold this car told me that this car has never been in an accident before so I guess it's not the chassis.

icon_question.gif HELP please.  blush.gif
And, has anyone tried this thing before? Any positive result? Save fuel? More power?

http://www.mudah.my/Vortex+Cyclone+Fuel+Sa...NGV-3421602.htm

I think it is quite cheap but don't know whether has effect or not.  icon_rolleyes.gif

Your camber and alignment is OK?

Your car can drive straight without holding the steering wheel?

Emm, what i actually doing is i direct BLOCK the papan that allow outside air come in. Mean, now if i switch to allow outside air come in function, it doesnt work anymore. But this way was really solve the problem. U can open the blower at passenger side under dashboard than u should find the place that allow outside air come in..try to close the place with cable tie or gum or tape.
*
So it's behind the blower on passenger side?

Got any pics? Wanna do that as well biggrin.gif

This is the view look into the hole.
And u will found there got a sponge there, that is the thing u need to seal it. Figure out a suit way to seal it. Or u can learn me just direct seal until it "dead" if u seldom use the function that allow outside air in..

Guys, the air-fuel mixture screw at the back of the stock carburettor off Saga LMST, which direction (clockwise or counter-clockwise?) do I turn if I want a leaner mixture?

What is the CO2 value I should be getting?

Any1 knows how to tune it to perfect stoichometric ratio?
*
Go find FSTrader. He's well known carbie sifooo

Clockwise should be closing the mixture screw, that means lean...try to turn till ur engine wants to die off, then turn anticlock wise slowly till it idle nicely...

Do you travel with aircond on? If yes, then you will noticed that LCP will improve your engine response since the load from the compressor has been lessen down by at least 70-90% depending on what brand..

I have been using Mythelogy LCP ever since and i really love it coz i still can accelerate without switching my aircond off. But since i've been using bigger compressor (Wira, Denso), the load still can be felt abit. Not sure how it will feels like if im still using OEM pulley.

Afraid losing top speed? Nah, LCP would not affect your top speed that much. Only if you lighten your flywheel, it will get affected since the momentum to turn the wheels lose abit.

Added on October 18, 2011, 9:02 pmPS3 15' 195/55 is RM330? Kena chop kao kao..

Over in Klang, only RM220-250 only...

Depends on budget and preference. PS3 performs up to my expectation in both dry and wet roads. You can't feel any difference at all in any..

Further more it can last up till 20k km. If you drive slow and seldom pek, it even can go up till 30-40k km. Been using it for nearly 2 years now and still got around 40-50% thread left. Comfort is also excellent. Hardly hear any road noise but then again our Iswara / Saga is not exactly a comfort car..

Not sure about other tyres but this tyre is seriously good value for money if still can get under RM250.

Next i might be trying Kumho KU31. Cheaper and have good reviews as well.

this one? smile.gif it's cheap that's for sure... make sure no bad history (e.g. taxi before as you said, or worse major accident before), if you're looking for cheap car/min depreciation, i think you can't go wrong with iswara but do shop around and make sure it's not a problematic car.

any good suggestion on what to use to seal the air cond foot outlet?

Added on September 20, 2011, 9:35 pm
usually when i go for alignment, the foreman will adjust the steering wheel also. you just need to open the screw on the bottom of your steering wheel, disconnect the horn and open the nut in the middle with your spanner for the tire's nut. then you can adjust your steering wheel as much as you like. but you will need a straight and quiet road cuz you cant maneuver too much to get the perfect lining.
*
Not very good with this..

Need to send to experience alignment mechanic
