Can you write to the organizer to stop Man U fans from purchasing the ticket?

I think you have your answer. No issues.

QUOTE(melt @ Jun 15 2011, 02:48 PM)
not sure what is the fuss about a Man Utd's fan buying a Liverpool vs Malaysia ticket. Just ask yourself this question. How many of us have the chance to go England just to watch a Premier League team play in their own turf?

When any Premier League teams come I m sure no matter who you support but if you enjoy watching football of coz you wouldnt want to miss this opportunity to watch it LIVE in the stadium

I m going with a few Man Utd's fans, Chelsea's fans and Liverpool's fans. I just dont see what it is the big fuss about it. See you guys over there. I will be hoping to see a lot of Liv's banner as I will be in the blue gate and I know most of the die hard fans is having a green ticket
*
I am going with an arsenal fan too.(how hypocritical of me blush.gif )

But when i see the clamour for tickets among liverpool fans its just unbelievable.

Even the grandstand was extended affecting the 108 seats.U dont see this problem with che and ars.

Che and ars tickets are still selling despite being on market earlier than us.

Liverpool FC is for liverpool fans only.i got requests from penang and far away places to help them buy tickets.

same with me ,my friend (a Man Utd supporter and SC card holder) help me to buy the tickets.Since he accompany me to watch , I stick with the cheapest tickets.
our club need someone like John O Shea , Wes Brown ,ParkJisung, Jose Bosingwa , Kalou,Keita , F.Gago, Diarra to fill the bench.Experience means alot especially when the manager are asking you to change the game on 70++ minutes.

We made a mistake by letting Yossy go ,he is a good option and addition to the team.Maxi is a good player, Atletico Madrid ex-captain ,Argentina international player ,and his experience in position reward him with 2 hat rick last season.  Letting Maxi go , I am not sure how we can find a replacement for him  sad.gif
*
Dont compare yossI with maxi.yossy was creative and scored crucial goals for us.

Like duke said, maxi is simplistic.you cant rely on him to create but does have good positioning.

i am not so sure about the international player part.he doesnt even get in the squad let alone make the first team that comprises

of tevez,messi,aguero,higuain,pastore,mascherano,lavezzi,banega and di maria.

We appreciate what maxi has done us and he will always be remembered.

Both the time has come to make a decision in the interest of both parties to part ways. smile.gif

Chelsea bid for Modric and it seems to me that they are finding someone who can feed Torres with some delicious passes. Come, buy Gerrard. Proven partnership. give us another 50m. Take him tongue.gif

I think i better take a break from this forum.

People suggesting we sell gerrard when we need to clear other deadwood. sweat.gif

Gerrard stayed with us when he could have gone to chelsea and won 2titles.He only won fa cup after that and nothing else.

Those who wanna win training passes just pm me.I wont be here until the lfc tour is around the corner.(i hope i can resist sad.gif )

I cant see why anyone has an issue with Gerrard leaving(if that happens). Fowler left, Owen left, Torres left, Liverpool FC still here.

Not doubting his loyalty. Doubting his age and fitness. smile.gif
*
I dont think he has shown any signs of slowing down.Just that playing every game for 4-5season has taken a toll.He has about 5months break since a very long time.

He'll be back fresh and raring to go.In the past years he had to deal with world cups and silly qualifiers.Expect gerrard to be like never before more so under dalglish

and our class signings this transfer market. At the end of a storm is a golden sky.We just passed the storm smile.gif

paid and get lousy respond.

plus , there's lotsa alternative community eg: myrawk.

its very obvious the higher manager had something in for themselves.

just look at this coming event where Malaysia FA vs LFC, their member has no special privilege , they still have to get their own tickets at normal rate without special gifts.
*
Ok thanks for sharing.I presumed that Duke was a staunch supporter of LSCM thats why i wasn't sure if u would be comfortable.Looks like almost everyone here is anti

lscm.

Anyway something for sols rolleyes.gif

QUOTE(Duke Red @ Jun 22 2011, 05:27 PM)
If it were based purely on sentiment, no. However making decisions based on sentiment alone isn't productive. If there were a huge offer, I'd say we need to take it seriously. The team has proven they can play without Gerrard. Now I know many started supporting Liverpool towards the late 90's/early 00's and to you, he must be Mr. Liverpool. However do note that before him, we felt the same way about players like Fowler, Rush and Dalglish. All good things come to an end. Were we not gutted when Fowler mk.1 was sold? My point is that at some point we have to move on. Do I want to push Gerrard out the door? Of course not. He's still one of the best midfielders around but given his age, we'd be foolish not to at least consider a sizable bid.
*
If u ask me,i felt mr liverpool would have been michael owen. But i didnt feel that sad when he left because i knew for strikers there would always be a replacement.

Fowler left, owen stepped up,owen left torres came in some time after.now its suarez.

But midfielders are not like that.Barnes left, who actually was a an adequate replacement?alonso masc left who exactly are their like to like replacement?

Even a club like man city which has no limit to spending doesnt want to lose their best player in tevez.

Players come to this club for the lure of playing alongside world class players like gerrard and suarez.

I wont say lucas, spearing or henderson coz they have much to prove at this stage and are not proven winners.

If we lose our best player then what statement does the club intend to send to the players out there.

It will be a push factor for players who we are targetting. It's already hard enough without champions league.

Selling him will unsettle senior players like carra, reina, johnson and the loyal home fans will be furious.

Let me ask u a question, if city meets messi's buy out clause,do you think barca will sell?

QUOTE(vreis @ Jun 22 2011, 05:56 PM)
You must be kidding me. Owen=Mr. Liverpool? He never even endeared himself to the majority of Reds. He's not exactly popular even during in his prime years with us. Unlike Fowler who can be termed that.

As for Gerrard issue, lets just say there's 2 school of thought. Lets just agree to disagree as there'll endless arguments from both side. Though it'll be more interesting if we state out the reasons.

BTW if City meets Messi buyout clause, Barca are powerless & have no choice but to accept since the price is met. Its a matter of whether Messi wanna go there. Else how on earth would Barca sold Figo to RM, their bitterest of a rival wink.gif
To quote Porto president, " There's only figures & account no."
*
Messi wouldnt leave. The same can be said of gerrard.Kenny wants gerrard to stay and i trust him over anyone else.End of argument sweat.gif

I said mr liverpool of that time not now.just like how people started supporting liverpool because of torres the same was with owen back then.

Fowler scored much more goals than owen but how many trophies did he help us to win compared to owen.I m not questioning his legend status

as i like him too but i think owen did more for the team.Fowler had mcmanaman collymore and barnes supporting him while owen had heskey murphy

and young gerrard. It's just owen destroyed his own status when he joined real madrid and later man utd.Nowadays football is about results and measured by

how many trophies you win and not how many people like you.End of the day it's all my opinion and i agree with your agree to disagree smile.gif
