NO, NO, NO and NOOOOOOO!
dayum, you don't rate a gaming mouse by it's dpi doh.gif and heck, that is not a gaming mouse.

and ugh, 2000DPI is nothing. Heard of the Razer 4G sensor, 6400DPI? or Kone[+] 6000DPI.

Logitech's MX500/MX518 is the best mouse ever. Ever. Logitech knows this too! Which is why the G400 is simply the MX518, rebuilt with a more modern 3600dpi optical tracking engine, 1ms polling rate and smoother polytetrafluoroethylene feet.

Rated for 10 million clicks, it should last until Logitech brings it back for another spin. And it'll probably still be the best mouse ever. It's $50. [Logitech]

Mhmm. A few days ago I tried MX518 hours at my buddy's place laugh.gif
and I kinda like the shape, I must admit that it is something like Ikari, just that it isn't that curvy.

maybe I'll get one, just for teh lulz.

Maybe the new upcoming Razer Imperator 4g suit your budget and need. Maybe Razer Goliathus mousepad would be the nice combination with Imperator. biggrin.gif

Logitech G700 Mouse, Best bang for buck mouses with 5700 dpi max and hybrid system of wired/wireless. RM235, which you still have RM115 to spend on a good mousepad.

Logitech G700 RM270 + Razer Goliathus Speed/Control Omega RM49 = RM319

or you can wait for the new Imperator with 4G sensor, should be coming anytime soon.
