My MBB2 AMEX/Visa Gold CL is RM 10k.

If I'm not mistaken, got someone came by before holding a Plat card with RM6k.

6K CL for Plat is really speechless...

My Gold CL is higher than that.

Well ... this is the result of the "Platinum" chase. Many wants an upgrade to Platinum card thinking it'll boost their status and perhaps huge CL jump / upgrade.
We did warn that the cards will not come with super CL but al least these folks got their Platinum card wish. They got the card and that's exactly what happened ... they only get the card.

I am , my old days Gold card also used to have higher CL than these days Platinum cards.

in few years time, new World MasterCard holders will get CL RM10K, hahaha

In 5 years time, platinum is the new classic, world card is the new platinum and probably Boundaryless Diamond Mastercard the new World Mastercard. OK, I am bad at names.

Guys, for those that linked their AmEx with their PayPal, please help to enlighten me as I'm still new to this whole PayPal world.

So I managed to get my card verified and paid for the Flickr Pro account just now, it went successful and I finally managed to extend my Pro account with no issues.

Then I checked back my transaction details via PayPal and noticed this particular transaction is still stated as "pending", is this normal? I'm just afraid PayPal decides to retract the payment.

Paypal is waiting for the credit card payment to clear.

I hope the posting and transaction date can be captured correctly, so I'll get the weekend cash back.

I didn't really take notice how long the status will be till it change, maybe 1-2 days I suppose. The transaction date is always accurate for me but posting date varies, averagely 2-3 days.

online purchase from UK with Amex posting date 2-3 days.

swipe at australia for taxi/hotel, posting date around 1 week.

local groceries purchase/petrol, the following days usually.

tried to buy tesco voucher from taman midah branch with AMEX, the answer is they only accept AMEX for purchase of goods, not voucher.

question here... anyone here try b4 using dual card at oversea Carrefour, like China? Is it still have x5 points if using it at Carrefour? curious here...hehe~

Somemore I not sure really can use at China or not as i saw all of them here, if you want to use credit card, u have to key ur pin num, but seem like i didnt receive the pin num for my dual card also....

The cashier in China will ask you if PIN required. Otherwise, they'll use the conventional swipe mode since I believe their terminal is chip based.

my transaction yesterday at Mydin already appear in M2U, but the trasaction on 13th of August also at Mydin still havent appear...problem??is there a posibbility a transaction never appear??
