lucky i got my mini-HDMI -> HDMI from N8.. so i can now use standard HDMI cable only...

i fixed mine by going to browser setting -> Enable Plugins -> On Demand

since jailbreak is already being allowed once more, i don see why rooting cant... plus, root or no root also can installed apk file directly, so it's not related to any pirated issue, i don see a reason for mods to ban it

same... i didnt notice any crops.. maybe we were just too focused on the game itself that we didnt notice it... but i could appreciate higher texture resolution tho, the texture looks kinda blurry to me.. they can drop the shader effect, but i want higher texture detail

try Asphalt 6... not bad, tested last night, it's working fine...

@Cyberkewl: there's one turn grid based game, like FF: Tactics, Spectral Souls, worth looking at... but the price..

at least for the USB, one thing is sure... i can charge my iPhone, and i can browse photos in my iPhone when i plug it in... like on PC

i read similar article in xda before... it says that 1080p can use normal profile encoding and put into mp4, and one more setting on the buffer frame must be 1, then it can play smoothly...
other then that, it's because Samsung spent a lot of money buying video codec license like DivX, Dobly Digital etc etc... that's why they can have native AC3 audio and avi playback

what firmware is your iPhone 4 on? if you are using 4.3 onwards, the native hotspot tethering will work, however if u are using anything <4.3, then MyWi tethering cannot work, as MyWi and PDANet tethers as Ad-Hoc network, where TF cant detect(filtered) right now... however u can use bluetooth tethering, works fine for me

that actually depends on the type, TF cannot detect Ad-Hoc network as mentioned several times...

This one is Sim Game, i think something like Sim City(dunno cos never played Sim City), and if u like this kind of games, definitely try out Game Dev Story and their latest game Grand Prix Story, but don blame me if u are addicted XD

actually this one is just ok ok.. just thought of supporting the devs since the game is quite ok and the price is also not to say expensive. Kairosoft is really awesome in these games

guys, wanna ask u all if u experience something like this... i wanna plug in the HDD (NTFS of coz) to my TF, but shows the "preparing media storage" for a split second, then disappear, and the HDD remain unmounted.. i grab it up, i can feel that it's actually running

the thing is, there are 2 scenarios that i tested... one, with an original HDD that is working before i root, but that time the dock is on low battery... so i guess maybe is just not enough power... the other one was another HDD of mine that has multiple partition.. anyone tested HDD with multiple partition also?

hmm... no big deal, i'll just wipe the other partition away then, cos that was a spare partition i made for laptop if i need vista or something i can just swap the HDD in... but ended up no time to do and it's empty, lol...

then the other one might be just the dock low power so not enough power to get the HDD running then? anyone tried HDD when the dock led is blinking?

ok my issue on the HDD solved... turns out i flashed to a custom kernal to overclock, and that kernal did not have NTFS support >.<
flashed back to stock kernal, lost my 1.6Ghz, but can now mount my HDD

don mind if i ask what is that application? depends actually, if it is not coded for android version specific stuff, it would most likely work.. like Game Dev Story(and its _____ Story series) works on TF with some performance issue if u set the view to be a nicer one...

if it can run fine, some will just upscale, and some will just give u the small boxed view on its original resolution...
