I've got my final 7th SCB CC in my Online Banking today.
I was pleasantly surprised to get VISA PLATINUM LITE + RM300 Credit into my account.

Nothing is guaranteed. But at least this is what i got when i called them 2months ago after seeing the GST on my statement. smile.gif

If not guarantee, pls make the statement clearly. Your previous comment look like 100% will get the waiver.

I am just sharing what I have experienced myself. I have no obligation to verify if everyone else is getting the same from SCB. You can try or just forget it.
Just like the current ongoing promotion. I asked in this forum if existing cardholder can also get the cashback if apply another card because SCB stated only new client is entitled. So they said never try never know and i tried and i got it. I never ask them if it is guaranteed can get or not. The only thing i know which is guaranteed is 'DEAD'.

What is service guarantee campaign? Forget to ask, if applying thru online, cn v enjoy the 2year annual fee waiver?

All new CC application get 2-year annual fee waiver also

I received a call last evening from SCB Customer Retention Dept which told me that the Annual Fee will be waived. Today check my Online Banking it's been waived... rclxms.gif rclxms.gif
