i had booked my ip5 32GB Black from DIGI but my wife wants a white unit, so anyone of you that have not actually buy and those who wants a black unit, could you buy a white one and we exchange?

i am willing to top up MYR100 for that.

anyone knows if the warranty can still be claimed if the warranty card is lost for celcom?

which celcom got stock now? can go get it without preorder now?

Got my ip5 at bluecube paradigm, I regret that I didn't open it on the spot to check instead. I took it to the starbuck and buy a phone and thinking to activate my ip5.

When i open and check noticed there is few (3-4) very small little dark grey spot above the volumn key. (not easily noticeable)

so I take back to bluecube (its about 30 mins later) and i told them, they told me i not open on the spot, so cannot 1-to-1 exchange for me, who knows if I drop the phone outside and bla bla, but it not even more than 30 mins and I was still in the same building.

Well, end up i cant exchange, and call to celcom CS, they said they afraid cant help so because the Bluecube MIGHT not clear about what is the process to do 1 to 1 exchange because today is FIRST DAY.

oh well, the celcom CS ask me to write a complaint to Apple, anyway I don't think it is worked (nearly impossible to notice if take in picture). So I just leave it like that.

bro i took my iphone5 at blue cube penang last night and the first three iphones all have some dark and white spots that cant be cleared. luckily the first and the second customer were very observant and they asked everyone who's in the line to do the same. and I got an iphone with a white spot just below the black line at the right side of the phone and they gave me a new set instantly. I wonder why so many spots on the iphones? Manufacturing defect?

(btw I'm the 3rd person in line )

I've been to Blue Cube Menara Celcom this afternoon. Got plenty stock as I have been told. But yes.. as usual, must subscribe with plan. I saw people queue very long from booth to outside. Quite shock actually.

Then..thank god I get outright puchase since I am Celcom Staff there. Lucky me! LOL

Just take 5 minute to take my new IP5 .. Check all in good condition infront aweks blue cube .. Only me at there today .. Got 3 day more in my contract but the manager call hq and will help to waive the penalty .. Got alot stock but need to sign contract

Did you heard wrongly or the staff said wrongly? Mine takes within 48 hours to activate, still waiting. Reason is because system is slow.

i have my wife also listen. maybe that celcom shop want to make me registeR new line... damn, they got stock....

btw, i already MNP to celcom, my line package is nowmal package,

so what i want now is convert to iphone plan with buy an iphone,

i register interest... but did not pre-order...because need pay RM200.. afraid change mind...

so how long must wait to get iphone... sad sad....

Just back from celcom laman seri shah alam to pick up my iPhone5. For people who are wondering about deposit, you can cancel if you want and they will refund it by cheque later.

Very satisfied of iphone5! Damn fast compared to my iphone4. No regrets!

Can walk in to ask queue stock, they will call you once got stock.

At laman seri very less people today when i pick up. No queue at all.. Lol

any scratches or dents out of the box?

Last friday put my name to waiting list @ celcom shaftbury.
Today got my iphone5 32GB white during lunch time. fast and no hassle.

I've receive same thing while I switch to celcom first from celcom exec last month, think just system error. kindly ignore it and check realtime volumn by sms.
