Yes its using H11 bulb.

Alright, I was told that it is ABS material. that sounds pretty reasonable compare to Jason's 3.5K Mugen kit (3K minus grill and spoiler)

As drilling is needed for the spoiler and modification on the existing grill for the mugen grill (according to Jason bodykit)
