If downloads now are going to be throttled to 100kB/s with a 4mbps line, then might as well downgrade to a 1mbps line...shiat.
Forget about f##king fibre or high speed internet. Any else to look forward to for staying at home? |

that's why they block everything, p2p, file hosting
so that the traffic will be reduced and everyone will get a high speed connection  |

Speed has become more unstable, but it seems at certain time period downloads from MU become normal again (5mbps package).

after gov block my download not change at all. more speed up adalaa..
but sometime . speed tooooo slow. so what i do is reconnect from router . from ip 17* to 11* tukar2 then i got full speed back. 
MU = more speed rapidshare = more speed fileserver = maintain hotfile = more speed. i change my (home ) router from tm router to other brand.
