Speed has become more unstable, but it seems at certain time period downloads from MU become normal again (5mbps package).
Streamyx Streamyx blocks Megaupload, Fileserve etc?, WTH???

Basically, flushing DNS just clears up DNS cache... But the effect should be instantaneous. If there are problems that persist, get into your Network and Configuration and disable your wired connection. Renable them and restart your modem/modem router.
