oic. The custom partition i made only give around 600mb only. Is that y my custom partition fail?

dungeon hunter is playable with slight lag sometimes after i overclock to 1.2ghz..
nova 2, cant launch at all..

earlier i test this... i extract out the files in partition.zip.. after that, i zip it again without modifying any files in it..
i found that the ori n new file size is diff... i'm not sure what kind of zip method did we need to use to zip the file..

OMG,nvr thought a sub-1k phone can OC that much and also actually run youtue in the browser

some even overclock till 1.5ghz n claim it's table..
1.2 for me is enough..

OIC. No success re-partition their X5?
I'll give up, stick to the memory that I download & install.

nope.. i juz use the setcpu to overclock my cpu to max 1.2Ghz..

1.8 ghz stable for me. but too high for comfort. i clock it 1.5 regular use.

can anyone teach me in partition and overclock?
and are this two are part of flashing the rom?

i overclock to 1.2Ghz.. can feel the battery getting hot when playing dungeon hunter 2..
cant imagine how hot yr phone get when playin games with 1.5Ghz..

Just download & install SetCPU & key in the Ghz U want?
No need flash ROM for SetCPU-Right?

partition and overclock nothin to do with flashing the rom..
overclock is used to make yr cpu run at higher clockspeed..
partition is used to repartition the internal memory so that you have more internal storage and less internal sd card..

after you root, install setcpu n juz set the min and max cpu speed that you want.

Got my hands on my X5 now!

Gonna tweak everything right now!

what kind of tweak u hv in mind?

For now, just wanna mod these stuffs:

- Partition
- custom ROM B160
- superboot

Any other tweaks?

u might also include setcpu for overclocking..

My X5 falls sick, battery drain too fast, RAM drop too much, now factory reset, hope it gets well.

actually i realise at least for samurai 2 cpu don't make much if any difference. I underclocked it to 460 Mhz vs 1.5Ghz, same performance. Am assuming the gpu is doing all the work. Or most of it. I wonder which games use more cpu.
