Do you have Adobe Flash Player 10.3 installed from the market?

Just open facebook from stock browser and switch it to desktop sites and u are good to go.

I would say antivirus are still immature on android platform, work kinda like some file manager, scan every files that u download, transfer and received as end up cause higher battery drain and lagness in system. 

still not working
no superuser icon and cant uninstall the apps

ic.. or try this.. install SD Speed Increase and if u hv root permission, u can change this setting... 

do i need to replace or delete anything in the phone?
is the step of turning purple screen needed?

Finally remove the annoying 'Hi-Space', 'Document To Go' and 'Aldiko' using Titanium Backup, but oddly seems still failed to remove the 4 perinstalled demo games haiz. 

I do root my X5, Titanium Backup need root access to work afterall, dunno why when i want to remove those demo games using TB, it shown failed to locate apk files. 

Root your phone, install Titanium Backup, access to your apps list as TB will include all system apps, choose the apps and click uninstall to delete.

this one is not including overclockmod right?

Recovery mode = put your phone into a mode where u can wipe/flash/restore fw and update.zip. In other words, this mode will allow u to mess with the internals of your phone

Got such thing as overclockmod ?? are u referring to ClockWorkMod aka CWM ??
CWM is just a name of a Recovery app, it will replace your stock recovery mode into CWM recovery where it is more user friendly compared to the stock recovery where it wasn't even meant for end user (most of the time)

apart from CWM, there are also xRecovery, AmonRa Recovery etc etc, however, not all recovery can work on all phone.  For ideos x5, currently there are CWM and Perfect Recovery (also CWM based if i'm not mistaken)

i think the attached partition on the modaco page is for 2gb unit..

1.2G DATA + 1.46G INTERNAL SD upgrade package ~~ 2.6GB which is the total ROM+internal sd memory that we have for our phone.

1. In clockwork. Go to backup and proceed with backup properly before flashing new rom.
2. Restore will be located in clockwork folder in the sdcard.
3. To restore just ensure sd card is there, boot to clockwork, select the restore and also it will state date of backup. and run.
4. Boot with all the setting from the backup including setting, sms, and call log.

Already tell you use clockwork and backup. 

B160? might go for it..  no issue/etc so far, rite?

I use mybackup pro to backup my contact n sms.
after that i root my phone using the methods on page 1 and perform a factory reset.
then install back mybackup pro to restore the contact and sms..

nxt.. i'm goin to repartition my internal 2gb memory.

still undecided which custom ROM i m goin to install..
hope can receive more feedback b4 I'm doin this..

the methods for rooting on page 1 is by replacing the default boot.img file.
even after we do factory reset, the rooting is still there..

can I know how to re-partition the size? the one i download is set to internal 1.2GB..
i wanna make it to like 1.5GB..

internal sd card: 1.46GB
